      • Hey all, for those who are on $0 cashback still:

      We may need a little bit more time than the 48 hours we expected to have this resolved by, however a fix has been implemented. The wait now is on a few different systems to process all the data through. Hopefully this should be all fixed on your accounts in the next 24 hours. Again, no action required on your end.

      • For those who have not yet received tracking:

      If you placed your order shortly after 5pm AEST, this might be the reason. We've had to manually upload some transactions that took place shortly after 5pm and they should also hopefully be in the next 24 hours. No action (submitting a claim) required yet.

      Once everything is resolved we will update here once again, especially for those who may not have had their purchase tracked still (so you can send through a claim for us to follow up with BWS).

        • For those with $0 tracking initially

        Correct amounts should be reflected for those who have had $0 come through initially. Some are reporting amounts that aren't correct still - apologies for this but could we trouble you to forward through your order confirmation email to [email protected] so the team can check? We are seeing all rates set correctly, but it could be the wrong purchase amount we are receiving from BWS.

        • For those without tracking at all

        The batch we uploaded is missing some data, so we are now following up again with BWS to get this info to tie it back to your accounts. Sorry guys we don't have an ETA on this one but given it's Friday it may only come through early next week, but we're definitely pushing to get this info as soon as possible.

        I purchased at 5pm yesterday, and it still hasn't tracked either. The click does show in activity though.

        I used internet explorer, and didn't open any other tabs from clicking referral link to payment. I will update if I receive tracking email today.
