    • got shipped too via AusPost so might take a week or 2.

    • where does it ship from?

      • Got Auspost tracking info, but doesn't show from where is it coming, yet.

        • +1

          is it from 'JDE Coffee'?

  • receive the machine today but no coffee pods.

    • Really? My tracking number is not in the system yet. The pods may come from a different location?

    • Same here.
Mine came yesterday without pods.It said consignment 2 of 2 so i asked the delivery guy where is consignment 1, he said maybe coming separately. Checked my tracking and it said order delivered. So lets see if those pods turn up tomorrow or not.

  • bought some coffee pods in kogan 100 pcs for $25. the cheapest around i think.

    • I posted this deal last year. It was $23 shipped. I dont think they are from arabica beans, more likely from lower grade robusta beans.

  • No shipment email received but when checking on track order on order confirmation email, the aust post shipment tracking number attached. Now waiting for it to arrive.

  • +1

Received shipment email Friday but tracking not with AusPost yet

  • Anyone looking to part with their machine and is in Sydney, let me know!

  • +1

Received my machine this morning! But no pods in sight….

    • Lucky, I'm also in Brisbane and no sign yet.

  • I'll probably be waiting 3 weeks, I still am waiting for an Adidas package from 3 weeks ago!

  • Machine arrived today.

Pods just processed by Auspost today.

  • Pods arrived today and I have already the machine last Saturday, all good for me. haven't use the machine yet.

  • +3

Pods arrived today but no sign of the machine. Anyone in the same boat?

    • +1

Haven't received either, but yes, they are being sent separately (I'm guessing from different warehouses).

  • +1

Pods arrived today but still waiting for the machine, I am in Sydney.

    • Received the machine today.

  • Interesting my Aust post shows two items and both items say processed and on board for delivery today.. will update when it arrives

    • both parcels arrived together. Machine and the pods

  • +1

Received notification that one of the two parcels was to be delivered today.
Sure enough parcel 1 of 2 arrived this morning, which turned out to be the Pods.

The only notification of parcel 2 of 2 (the Coffee Machine) was that it had been dispatched.
Then two hours after the Pods were delivered the Coffee Machine arrived.
    So all good.

The only fly in the ointment was that the Coffee Machine is intended as a Mother's Day present, and guess who answered the door and took delivery…..

edit: I'm in Canberra and only three business days from ordering to delivery.

PS - Thanks multi97 for posting this deal!!

    • It’s a great deal. Love how the machine does Nespresso.

  • In Sydney. Just got the pods today (Consignment 1 of 2).
The machine (Consignment 2 of 2) is still showing as "Shipping information approved by Australia Post".

    • same here, had to ring their hotline to find out why there was no machine in the parcel. A guy named Raj was super rude and shouted literally to me - they are coming! it is sent separately. I had to explain to him I have only received 1 email regarding shipping and it said all items are in 1 shipment. I never received another email with a different tracking number. Then Raj shouted out the second tracking number, which I had to ask him to read it out again and properly so I can record it. Then upon checking I can see the shipping information for the machine was only given to Aus Post yesterday - a few days later than the pods' shipment.

I was shocked by the way Raj responded to a customer enquiry. Clearly they screwed up the delivery process and customer communication, and Raj had to answer to this. A normal logical process would be to send us emails providing two tracking number and explaining the pods and machine are shipped separately.

After my rather unpleasant experience with Raj, I then received 6 order and shipment confirmation emails which are the same ones I received before - stating all items are in 1 shipment. I could only imagine angry Raj sat in front of his order screen and angrily clicked SEND SEND SEND multiple times…

Let's hope we will all receive the machine by Mother's Day =(

      • +1

Haha that's pretty funny. Sorry to hear you had to go through that, you're on Raj's hitlist now.
For me, the tracking number covers both items, and you can then select each from a dropdown menu on the Auspost website to get more info.

        • +1

confirm the machine was received this arvo.
pretty fast considering it was only dispatched yesterday!

in response to the comments below, no pods in the machine cupboard box either. Plus my machine is slightly scuffed - two obvious dents on the plastic body ! it probably happened when they tried to remove the pods.

    • I had a similar issue with another retailer and AusPost where a consignment was split up. I think it's an AusPost problem right now.

  • Revived both; pods and the machine at 11:00am today. I'm based in Sydney
Thanks OP for informing us about the deal :)

  • Pods received waiting on the machine now :)

  • If you get the machine first, there are at least some sample pods to try.

  • +3

Did anyone get Pods that are expiring this month?

2 boxes of my double shot pods are expiring on the 22nd of May 2020- I'll be bouncing off walls if I drink them all by then.

And the sample pods that came with the machine expired Sept-2019.

    • Just checked and yes my sample pods had a best before of Nov-19.

Of my other pods, most of them were by 2021 but my Double Supremo ones all have a 22 May 2020 date.

      • +3

Too late to realise that it's not a good idea to buy double shot pods. You may find that HN and TGG are clearing them out at $5 at the moment, also possibly due to expiry issue.

This deal has a CATCH now!

    • Yes same here my XXL shots are expiring 22/05/2020. Already make a complain to the website but single shots are expiring next year what to do?

  • +1

does anyone get the sample pods in the machine box? My machine box is empty and only has manual.
All other purchased pods are long expired until 2021.
Meanwhile, does anyone has issue to registered machine online? Thanks

    • I didn't have any sample pods in mine. They probably realised the sample pods are expired and removed them.

      • Thanks for your info. Could you register the machine online?

        • It worked fine using the link at https://shop.lorespresso.com.au/ and not the one on the sticker

          • +1

@lolcoaster: The button of "Redeem" is not working for me…

            • @maxall: There's no Redeem? Only a registration form and Register Now button?

              • +1

@lolcoaster: click the register now button and fill up info of the S/N, purchase from, after that, it cannot go further.

  • Still waiting in Brisbane. Interesting to hear that the sample pods may be expired and removed from the machine - I wonder if we can claim some money back as the website did state that it came with sample pods.

    • Philips will probably send you a box of double shots pods if you complain to L'OR.

    • +2

Just rang them and they said you get no sample pods since it's a promotion.
can't rmb if the website did state will it come with samples or not so didn't pursue further.

  • +2

Ordered early on and both packages are only showing as sent on Monday from NSW - will be touch and go arriving before the weekend to Vic

    • Same here. One is in Brisbane but not yet "out for delivery", the other is in NSW still. The shipping process is random it seems.

      • Yup, parcel 1 is in Vic being processed (as of Thurs morning) and parcel 2 was processed in CHULLORA NSW on Wednesday. Pretty disappointing since it was advertised as "mothers day" and I ordered this virtually straight away. At a guess, I reckon parcel 1 will arrive and parcel 2 will be next week.

Note - usually I don't care about deliveries being delayed e.g. Adidas order taking 3 weeks, but this one was actually a mother's day gift.

        • Still the same here… so annoying.

  • Just got my machine. As with others the pods are coming in a separate parcel arriving god knows when.
    No samples in the box.

I did find this item in the box and I have no idea whats it for?
Manual doesn't have anything that resembles it.

It's for scooping the milk froth into your cup.

      • +2

You sure it's not a magic stick. Left it on the benchtop and it just disappeared.

  • Pods only here in Brisbane. No machine.

  • Got both pods and machine this morning.

  • +2

Got my pods today, no machine :\

The 4 packs of Double Supremo I ordered all expire in 2 weeks. so thats like 80 shots of coffee to drink in two weeks.
    Shouldn't be a problem :P

    • +1

Likewise. Happy mother's day! Here's some coffee pods, you supply the machine 😅

  • +1

Got my machine yesterday (still waiting on the pods). Thanks OP. Great deal!!

  • +3

Checked my tracking details this morning and no updates since Tuesday (scanned at Chullora NSW) so assuming no new coffee machine for Mother's Day so a bit disappointed.

    • Same, except on Monday. Ugh.

    • yeah same here - neither package will be arriving before the weekend :(

      • +1

Suspense is killing me… One of the deliveries is showing as onboard for delivery today… With my luck it'll be the pods. Lol

  • Everything arrived. Brisbane.

  • +1

Everything arrived. Pods came yesterday. Machine came this Morning.. (Melbourne). No pods with machine - samples were taken out.

Looks like Melbourne and Brisbane got them 2nd after Sydney.

Hopefully the others get it by today.

Machine feels a bit more 'plastic'/less sturdy than traditional Nespresso branded machines.

    • +1

What time/day were your two packages processed at the Melbourne facility?

Mine were Wed 8:21pm, Thu 1:22pm. Fingers crossed they come today!

      • +1

Yeah, mine were Tuesday and Wednesday… and I got mine Thursday and Friday…

  • Received my machine today with no pods yet and no sample pods either. - im based in BNE.

  • +3

Im in Perth and both the pods and machine are still in Sydney, so much for a mothers day present!

    • +1

No hope in Perth. 1st item estimated delivery is by Monday but 2nd item no delivery update.

  • +1

Received my machine today with pods, but no sample pods. - im based in BNE.

ps. the $20 code with min $55 purchase it's generic: BARISTA20

  • Disappointed that I only received the pods today but not the machine itself.

  • +3

Got pods and machine delivered yesterday, all Pods have expiry of 2021 - sipping my first coffee out of it while typing this post, it tastes great!

    Thanks heaps OP! :)

  • Got mine both today. (Mel, processed in Mel on Wed and Thu)

Good luck to all still waiting!! :)

  • +1

I got the pods today but not the machine. There's only one tracking number and it says delivered. Though it does say 2 items in the tracking. Got parcel one of two. I'll wait and see early next week if they deliver the machine before I inquire.

    • +2

My tracking shows up the same, but you can click through to the 2nd item and see it's status. In this case, that's my coffee machine.

      • +1

Ah, now I see it! Cheers for that :).

  • Received the machine and pods…. and it’s faulty.
    No water comes out

    • Make sure the water cylinder/container is seated in properly

  • +2

Still nothing for me, im in Perth.

  • +1

I like the machine as coffee comes out hotter compared to the Nespresso machine I had. The only thing I don't like is you can't put that much milk in the frother. It's barely enough for a single coffee as most of it is froth.

    • Yeah that seems to be a big downside of a lot of those style frothers. No control over the frothiness.
The best way to froth milk I've heard is putting it in a french press (already heated). That way you can control the amount of foam.

      • Ah that sucks - I'm guessing there is no interchangeable head on the frother whisk? (The Aldi frother, which is what I have, has a spring whisk for lots of froth and a plastic paddle for less froth)

        • Nope. The way the head works is pretty neat - it hangs down from the lid and is spun by a magnet under the bottom of the unit. means that the bottom of the frother is flat - easier to wipe clean.
But yeah no interchangeable heads. It's just frothed, or not frothed.

      • You can turn it off mid-way.

        • Then it won't be heated properly.

          • @theguyrules: Well I add some almond milk and a bit of sugar and then turn it off when it's frothy enough. Works out fine for me. I find it gets too frothy if left on until it turns itself off. Maybe it's the almond milk.

            • +1

@dins: Maybe. There's really no control over it if you want it hot enough - just whisk spring on or off.

    • +6

TIP - Take off the spring looking round wire… then it becomes latte frothy and you can do milk enough for 2 cups..

      • When you say take off the spring, is it easily removed and put back on? Or do you mean permanently ripping it off (cant put it back on)?

      • Yeh that was the next thing I was going to try. Can you add more milk or leave it at the Max level?

        • +1

Yeah I just made a hot choc with a full cups worth of milk, without the spring. Worked well, if not a bit slow. I think it has a temp sensor in it, as it wouldn't let me reheat the same milk to get it hotter.

  • +1

nothing happening to me as well, still waiting… item sitting in processed facility in melb since last week

  • +1

Edit received package 2/2 today, yet it says 1/2 has been delivered and 2/2 is in transit? Also the package I have not received has been sitting in Somerton VIC for over 8 days and was sent first…

    • Ok, looks like 1/2 has just been delivered to my local post office 5mins ago, now to make a 2nd trip…

  • +1

Still waiting in Perth…Aus Post tracking info only says processed in Chullora. Lucky it wasn't a Mother's Day present!

  • yep… great to have a code (buy $55 with $20 discount BARISTA20) but since the promotion, most coffee pods not available in the regular size. TGG is clearing out its stock of machines as are others, wondering where this leaves us?!

promotion: pods arrived Friday and machine on Monday…

    • +2

I'm guessing the pods are sold out from this promotion.

The pods are still sold in Woolworths / Coles, so I think it will be fine. My guess is they are just trying to make a push for market share.
