    Fullmetal Alchemist… saw the first series a few years ago. Has always been my favourite anime of all time. Haven't seen the second series… might check it out during the holidays.

      Then you need to. It is weeeell worth it. For the first half you think your watching the exact same series over again, but the second half is so much more exciting. And the ending is actually an ending, not a sliders type "i have to get home" thing.

      Any free deals are good, but they would have done better to release the first 5 episodes if they where aiming to get peoples attention. The first episode usually raising my attention, but its not until a few episodes in until I'm deep enough that I can't go back.

      FUllmetal Alchemist, arguably one of the best Animes I have watched to date. Death Note also comes to mind

      If you liked the original, you might want to check out Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's a rehash of the first anime, but follows the manga closer. And if you can't stand Japanese voices, Funimation recently dubbed all of Brotherhood. :)

    Protip: make a US account, get free episodes of:
    Bleach, Naruto, Death Note, Vampire Knight, InuYasha, Buso Renkin, Blue Dragon, Kekkaishi.
    And thats just the anime, theres also Friends, LOST, and best of all: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

      thanks mate. My 2 boys will honour your name for eternity! They have read all the series that you have mentioned - plus those that the OP listed. FMA remains their fave but Black Butler is getting up there. Given that my boys were never avid readers it has been particularly encouraging as a parent to watch them sweating on the latest relaease for each book series.

      We have been getting various DVD's from the local library but they have to wait ages for others to return them - assuming that they don't get stolen!

    nice… BUT, original japanese Dubbs with english subs? some of the english dubbs are nightmare to listen. is there option to change language?
