My current Kogan plan is ending early next month so I started looking around for a good deal. As Vodafone is the best network for me both at work and at home I started by looking at Kogan website.
I came across this Flexi account which I had not seen before. It comes with the standard unlimited call and text and 200gb of data which you can use at anytime during the 365 day period, which is great. I am currently on 13gb a month which was fine most of the time. I had months were I only used 5gb but the unused data would not rollover which was annoying.
It is even cheaper than their 158gb(13gb per month) plan at $205 which is interesting.
The plan is available for both existing and new customers.

  I used to hate on Vodafone and was Telstra all the way, but must say I've been pleasantly surprised the last 2 months whilst using the $15 for 3 months Kogan deal. Coverage and speeds have been excellent in metro Adelaide. Will consider this in a months time when it expires.

    It's patchy I find.

    I was getting fantastic reliable speeds in Geelong West, now in inner Melbourne and getting very average speeds and finicky connection.

  I think my next plan will be with Catch (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/550290). I am currently with Boost but I will be able to get more for less. Both Telstra and Optus 4g have great coverage (I live in rural Victoria). I used Vodafone years ago and it was terrible. I just looked at their coverage map and it assures me it should be good. Maybe I need to keep Kogan in the back of my mind…

    Tbh the catch deal is way better. With unidays you would pay $108 for 120gb over 12 months. So if you use up all the data let’s say in 7 months it would still work out cheaper than Kogan.
    And if you use less data it would last you longer.

  It is so much better with Boost Mobile 240GB for $250 (recent promo, ~$1.04 per 1GB) or even full price $300 (~$1.2)

  Kogan and catch connect has 30 days/90 days plan which costs around $5/month for new customer. You can keep on porting your number between the two and get the new customer discount.
