everything I looked at is price jacked.

  • This 'eligible item' criteria is ridiculous. I save a number of items I want in my watchlist in the hope one of them falls under this rare criteria.

  • Well for me I spent well above budget the first mins and now are reloading as still plenty left behind :)

Surely the ACCC has to look into altering the wording surrounding price-jacking and sales. It's clearly aimed at tackling stores who inflate RRP prior to a sale, and seemingly never considered the possibility for marketplaces such as eBay to exist. The predatory impact on the consumer is the same - at best, wasting their time with fraudulent "deals" or, at worst, people buying things above regularly available pricing.

It surely would not be that hard to expand the rule to cover price jacking of sellers on such marketplaces.

  • There was one time, these sort of deals were actually good. Now they are just big jokes with items priced much higher than RRP.

  • nvidia shield tv price jack :(

  • Too bad Pro Gadgets is ineligible.

It looks like I'll still be using the code though, so have my + vote.

  • There are so many items ineligible, and the ones that are are noticeably price jacked up or out of stock.

Can a mod please move this deal into the competitions forum.

It appears to be more of a 'game of 'luck', rather than a bargain…

  • I managed to order a Garmin Vivomove Style from No Frills Sydney with this 21% off sale for $100 cheaper with no price gouging. Interesting that Ryda which is the same store doesn't have the same item eligible. Good use of my 30 day trial!

  • Created an account with Ozbargain just to say thanks :)

Finally snagged a Xiaomi Mi 34" after months of umming and ahhing

since Amazon came to Australia, I almost never touch Ebay again.

  • Is this strictly limited to the items on that link?

So not all eBay plus items?
