Seems like for 2 min effort, you can get 1,000 Velocity points. Then if you actually do end up using their service and switching to one of their preferred providers, you could be in for a lot more. But regardless, 1,000 points is easy.

    Indeed, but that just seems like their overly protective wording. I went through the steps for the 1000 and there was nothing complicated and it asks for your FF number at the end. I guess time will tell if they come through!

    Edit: found the terms and conditions on Virgin's page that explains the 'could':

    1. 1,000 Velocity Points offer available to eligible new loanScore customers who: (1) complete an Eligible Subscription with uno’s loanScore service between 20/02/2020 and 30/09/2020 (Promotion Period); and (2) enter a valid Velocity number when completing the Eligible Subscription. An Eligible Subscription is a new loanScore subscription completed during the Promotion Period by a Velocity member and Australian resident who is 18 years or over. A subscription won’t be eligible if the security address provided is associated with any existing loanScore subscription or if the Velocity member doesn’t hold an ownership interest in the security. Please allow up to 2 weeks after you complete an Eligible Subscription for the Velocity Points to be credited to your account. Offer available once per Velocity number.
