Excellent, thanks. You should post a separate deal for the pro models if you can't add them into the heading so people know.

        • New one coming out next month!!

Still happy with last Christmas gift card 15% off from JB. But if you use the eBay gift card trick instead of afterpay. This deal wins.

    • What is the trick?

      • +4

If you pay with gift card, no need for Afterpay and 12% discount still applies. You can get 5% off on gift card from Shopback.

        • How do you use the eBay gift card and afterpay discount code in the same transaction. Can't we use only one code in that section as based what I can seeguft cards and discount codes go in the same field. What am I missing?

          • @Stevo-ozbargain: eBay giftcards are not codes. You buy them and just add them as payment method and then pay through them at checkout.

            • @ashftc: Thanks I have a code with $xxx credit note, which isn't then technically considered gift card so I assume won't work with a discount code at the same time

It's very much only a rumor, but there has been a bit of speculation about Apple releasing a 9th generation budget iPad far earlier than the intended Sept date. iPad air 3 body with A13 bionic and 4gb ram basically.

    • Yeah I'm torn lol. Should I wait

      • You and me both. I’m waiting it out, so I tell myself lol.

  • where are the cheap 4 gee edition

  • Anyone received msg as below from Wireless 1? Are they violating eBay rules when they selling a product that’s not in their stock? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you.

    • They are if the estimated delivery date on your purchase isn’t updated. I had an issue previously with a preorder that was lost in the mail. The preorder was a deal approved by eBay, even when delivery date isn’t until a few months later. The preorder was delayed even further.

When something happened to the preorder, I wasn’t protected by eBay money back guarantee, as it’s 30 days from estimated arrival date (whatever that’s stated when you purchase). The preorder deal had an estimated arrival date a few days from the time it was advertised. That clearly was a violation.

I had a debate with eBay, who claimed that I could have opened a case with eBay even when the incident hasn’t happened yet, which was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. But if that’s what eBay said, I would say do that if your estimated arrival date isn’t updated.

I couldn’t even lodge a negative feedback as it was way past the number of days.

Whatever it is, make sure your purchase is protected either by eBay or PayPal.

While I had told eBay to go through the listings of that seller, there are plenty of other sellers out there with preorders or instances like yours that do not have updated delivery dates, effectively cancelling the eBay money back guarantee protection.

  • May I ask whether the 1 year warranty is back by Wireless 1 or Apple Australia? Thanks.
