    I don't think the $50 and $200 stack anymore. When I put in the $50, it states "The code you entered did not affect your order. Please note, codes may only be valid for certain items or in certain conditions." and price remains the same. Anyone having the same issue?

    S21 Ultra 512gb showing at $1084, Trade in Note 9 for $245 + $200 voucher + $50 voucher: $589…? The total comes to 904 which is why I'm confused.

      When I talked to their chat online, they said something about providing you a follow-up email and satchel you just print the label and give it to Australia Post to handle the rest.

        Yeah, they said pretty much the same thing to me, and I just got the phone box delivered to me, that's it.

          You get an email with a barcode. Bring it to the PO, and theyll give you the appropriate packaging. Just wrap your phone in bubble wrap or something when you bring it to the PO.

                  @singhstaaa: You automatically get a tracking number, so make sure you get a receipt. Just tracked mine and it's still in transit.

      I did this last week. You just get an email with a barcode in it. Take the email and your old device to the post office. They scan the barcode and give you the package and label.

    Make sure to apply the $50 code BEFORE your apply the $200 code. For some reason the $50 code did nothing when I applied it AFTER the $200 code.
    Just in case people in rush dont notice.

      Someone said that it didnt work, and the $50 code was removed after applying the $200 code. I guess it has to be above a certain amount after trade in + voucher for it to work.

        I tried again for the 2nd time and it worked! Was able to use the $50 voucher on a $409 total, and then the $200 to apply after that.

    Hi guys
    Just an update for the customised colour, we cannt cancle or change the phone colour in our order. Just tried my best to change the colour as black is in stock now, but samsung is not allowing me to do so. They say I can even return it once I got the phone. There is no change of mind or anything for retuning the device.

      What about the normal stock colour. Keen to change Pink to Violet which is in stock now! Been trying the chat but its horrid wait time.

          It's been mentioned in the comments before. Enter the expiry year as full 4 digit number i.e. 2022 rather than 22.

    Just got an s21 256GB variant so thank you OP for highlighting this deal.

    For those who are trying to use the $50 voucher, make sure your final price is over $350 after trade in discount and your $200 off voucher. I added a casing in to make the amount eligible for the $50 voucher.

      Don't need the $350 minimum spend anymore for the $50 voucher. Just need to add $50 voucher before the $200 voucher for both discounts to be added. That worked for me

        Hmm for my voucher it required the min $350 final price. Tried lots of times that if the amount drops below $350, it will remove the discount for me but the discount code is still in the transaction.

        Maybe others have got a different $50 voucher than mine.

        Edit: Forgot to mention I tried changing the order of inputting the vouchers too but if final price after trade in discount and $200 off drops below $350 it will remove $50 voucher discount

          That's what happened to me on my first try too. I tried clearing the cart again and did the whole trade in process again, and it worked for me on the 2nd go. Got the S21 for $159 which is a no-brainer upgrade from the P30.

        For me, it didn't work. Yes, both codes are accepted, but the $50 isn't actually applied in the final amount (because after trade in credit + $500 + $200 discounts, it is below $350). I took out the $50 voucher code as it made no difference.

        Will probably give out the $50 to an OZBer later so someone else can actually use it.

        Update: already given the code to an OZBer.. please do not PM me anymore…

    Update: Found out that even if the APP gives you a code, the code will not actually be accepted on the Samsung store until you enter your credit card details. Once entered, I was able to finalise the sale without issues.

    Do they dispatch the phone from a local store or from interstate, does anyone know? Mine has been dispatched this morning and still don't have a tracking number. I won't be home so wanted to call StarTrack (someone said Samsung uses them) and tell them to deliver it to my local AusPost office.

      I got my S21 Ultra before this deal and I can confirm it comes with a thin screen protector, but it's just to cover during shipping and not for a long-term use. So, best to order a protector and a case.

        Why is it not for long term use? If it's like my S21+, it comes with 2 layers applied. The top layer gets removed straight away and there's a "proper" plastic screen protector beneath.

      My S21+ came with 2 layers. The top one you peel off straight away and that leaves a plastic screen protector underneath.

      Yeah, the screen protector (not the plastic thing that easily peels off) is already applied, and I'd recommend leaving that one on until its scratched up. Its a decent screen protector, and you wont have to deal with bubbles, dust and any imperfect screen protector applications for a while.

      no, if all tests passed and you enter your credit card details, the next page will have the trade-in code you can use.
      You only send the phone after you get the new S21 you purchased.

    Has anyone else had a red cross next to "Device lock is still enabled" when looking at the "Device summary: Functionality" screen in the Asurion trade up app?

    I'm concerned that this is going to invalidate my trade in when I send the phone in.
    Is this just the phone lock screen and Samsung/Google accounts set up on the phone that I would wipe before I send the phone in?

    I can't get past the credit card validation no matter what card I use. It gives the error "Unable to validate credit card information". I've tried inputting the year as 4 digits but it makes no difference. Any advice?
