My account had 1 previous order on it, and I just had signed up to a trial of Delivery Unlimited, so it's likely targeted (apologies unsure how to add the targeted tag) but not exactly sure of the requirements.
Sorry to hear. As I mentioned this was the second order on my account + I had just added a Delivery Unlimited Trial. Unsure if that has any bearing on it, but might help others if you let us know if it was also your second order etc.

Try code online It's supposed to be first time users, but I've used both delivery and direct to boot in recent times and it applied to my account. Also $100 min spend, but $10 off.

Cheers OP worked here in QLD so it doesn't seem like it's state specific. Had some old accounts didn't work for most and just about to give up and then it worked for one. No emails about the code or anything so I guess you just have to give it a crack and see if it works.
Yeh super random! Was it this specific accounts second order by any chance? Those are the only two things I could note about my account, was the second order and added Delivery Unlimited trial.
