I believe the display on GF 144Hz is only 45% NTSC, which simply killing the deal…

    • This is also mentioned in the review I linked.

Color space covers just 56 percent and 36 percent of sRGB and AdobeRGB, respectively, to be indicative of a budget panel despite the high 144 Hz native refresh rate. Most mid-range or better Ultrabooks or gaming laptops cover at least 90 percent of sRGB for deeper colors. The limited colors here aren't an issue when gaming, but graphics editors will want to avoid using this panel.

    • Then again, I'm guessing this wouldn't be an issue if the laptop spends most of its life connected to an external monitor.

  • Pre-order of this one was $2200. Cannot say it's not a great deal but some weaknesses may kill this machine.

  • Like the i5?

  • Trying decide between this and the Asus RTX 2060 Max Q https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/619511 , I'm leaning towards this with the newer gpu.

    • I just ordered the G15 and saw this. I do like the G15 form a lot more and the CPU I think is better than the i5.

  • This is a potential alternative at a comparable price

    what is the mining capacity

    • Stay away from 3060s if you want to mine ETH. 3070 or above. 3060s are limited.
