Seems to be the cheapest so far for the RTX3080 system. Eligible for CashRewards. Base system has a RTX3070, but the extra $350 is a worthwhile upgrade IMO. According to the Dell website it's on clearance while stocks last.

I ordered mine (R12 though) on 4th of May. I haven't had any email/update. My status page still says 'confirmed' with expected shipping on the 16th of June.

Ouch can verify DELL has a shortage (3080) no longer available as an option. Too bad DELL can’t upgrade you to 3090, perhaps ask how much more for 3090 upgrade.

What happened to you happened to me. The expected ship date came and went… then about 3 or 4 days after the "expected ship date" I got an email with the new revised date of September 2nd.
Cross your fingers and toes.
My system is identical to yours except I ordered 4th of May. Est shipping 16th June with delivery by 30th June.

Just received an email from Dell regarding my order.
"We are deeply sorry to inform the replenishment for NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 graphics card has yet to be confirmed and it might drag longer.
Hence, we have come up with 2 solutions:
To speed up the ETA from Nov to Aug, would you be fine to go for the NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070 graphics card?
Cancel and proceed with refund and this will take up to 7-14 business days to have the funds credit back to your account."
Are they serious offering RTX 3070 as a replacement? They didn't mention changing the pricing so I presume they are offering 3070 at the same price! LOL
Yer same.. I'm pretty sure I paid for 3080 spec. So I told them no, not gonna happen. On second thought, I'm gonna get a refund. Getting a hash limited 3080 half a year later is stupid.
Glad I ordered R10 with 3060ti the other day in anticipation that I won't be getting 3080.

My Ethernet port is already stuffed 😂 had it since last Monday and today it has decided anything over 100mbps is too fast so now I’ve got a tech coming out Monday to replace the main board
Check your cable and other end, normal either working or totally not working.
Not with this killer stuff it’s not. It’s 100% an issue with the board. Nothing drivers, a clean windows install, bios or anything on my network side.
WOOHOO! I finally got my email from DELL telling me my order will be delayed until November. Now I don't have to refresh 6 times a day hoping there's been an update. Now there is absolutely no reason to keep waiting as any card I get in a November system is guaranteed to be LHR. So goodbye DELL, you will never, ever hear from me again. You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
On a side not, I have a 5-pack of Arctic P12 fans, 4xfan splitter cables (MB and GPU versions) and long screws for the push-pull which will be going up on Gumtree today if anybody actually gets their system.
I would advise you to just cancel as November estimate is just made up BS. I just got an email saying they are refunding me as the product is no longer available.
No idea why they are asking me for bank account details rather than refuding to the original payment method used.

Re-reading what I wrote, I realise now I should've put a TLDR, which is .. I cancelled.
So after waiting for 2 months, ordered on the 30/4, I received notification of build started and completed yesterday and it being shipped today. This has been a long wait but countless emails and phone calls to dell from changing my white case to black case, i am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I ended up just using my refund money to build the system I was originally going to build this year anyway which is a hell of a lot more powerful than what DELL was offering.
Mine got shipped today, already bought another pc in the meantime and they didn't acknowledge the cancel request in time before shipping, anyone want to buy mine before I return it? (10700f, 3080, 16gb ram, 512gb nvme, 1tb hdd, black) sunny coast based

Just fyi to everyone who was lucky enough to receive - replacing the 2 stock rocket ship fans with 4 ML120 Pros makes a huge difference to acoustics when fans are cranked (and associated repast).
The arctic P12's are the same as (but much cheaper than) the Noctua A12x25's which are both MUCH quieter than the ML120 Pro's.
No bios errors?
I cancelled mine and built my own but I've found numerous reports of people using them without getting the errors.
did you also replace the top fan (CPU radiator fan)?

may i ask did you have to remove the entire liquid cool unit (and re-apply CPU thermal paste) when replacing the top fan?
If anyone is looking for the full set of fans, splitter cables and special long screws let me know as I no longer have a need for them as I cancelled my dell order.
