        You should accept delivery 100%. If you reject it and gets returned to sender. Then it is up to the seller to facilitate the refund.

        I wouldn't put my trust in that with zero charge back or paypal protection.

    Enough Jerky for a cpl months I reckon.. Tried the Chilli & New Orleans thus far, both have great texture, not too chewy at all, nice thick cuts. Only gripe is the Chilli ain't nowhere near hot Enuff!

    Hey Op.
    I finally received my biltong. 3 out of 5 types are labeled as jerky instead of biltong. Hopefully this is just a packaging issue.

    Most importantly I only opened and tried the traditional biltong and I find the texture super dry compared to Prepacked BiltongMan and Biltong purchased from South African Butchers. Flavour wise it needs a bit more coriander seeds.

    OP, when will I get a response to my refund request? I have not received any jerky and have requested a refund on 4 occasions with yourself and once with Dr Proctor direct - not one email has been responded to.

    5/8/21 - first cancellation and refund request was sent to you
    5/8/21 - first cancellation and refund request sent to Dr Proctor
    11/8/21 - second cancellation and refund request was sent to you
    12/8/21 - third cancellation and refund request was sent to you
    18/8/21 - fourth cancellation and refund request was sent to you

    OP, do you ever intend on holding up your end of the sales contract?

        I made 3 seperate requests for a refund and cancellation prior to you issuing me with a tracking number.

        As a result, the whereabouts and return of the jerky is your issue and of no concern to me. Had your operation been effective, you would have cancelled the order when i sent you my initial request, almost 2 weeks before i received a tracking number.

        Please process my refund today.

        Means a lot to me that I could save money and enjoy good quality jerky. BTW I am still waiting for postage to arrive while I see many have received already. Not complaining but the wait is still worth it. Like others said, will order again if the same price offered, probably will order more to save postage cost next time. edit order more of the flavour I enjoy most rather than a bit of everything, still yet to find out.

          What i find interesting is he worked as General manager for myer in public relations department. The process of myer and ban is very similar. Once you order, there is no cancellation until you receive the item. Don't think this process will ever be fixed by the looks of it

    On a side note, despite having ordered several kg from this deal (which should arrive within the next week :-/ ) - I just ordered 2kg of biltong and 2kg of dry wors (thin, dried & chewy Afrikans sausage snack) from these guys:

    Their product has terrific feedback on it - artisan, small batch stuff and in 1kg packs it's current on special at $50 each in some pretty great sounding flavours and the Dry Wors is on special at $40/kg in 1kg packs.

    Not good enough? Well it seems they have free postage perhaps for a limited time over a certain spend…..but otherwise this appears to be a flat rate ($10 IIRC) - but mine was free.

    Yet more needed? Well they accept AfterPay…..and so having an AfterPay account, I was able to quickly sign my wife up for one with using a referral link - and then she got $30 off her first time buy of $50+ - and I got $30 for referring her.

    Effectively $60 back….so I got 2kg of biltong (I went with Bushmans & Chilli-Garlic) and 2kg of Dry Wors (Mild Chilli) DELIVERED for $120 out of pocket.
