    So my order got cancelled this morning. I placed my order at around 10pm last night. I called up the helpline this morning and they said they have been having some issues with the website and have escalated the matter to see whether they can re-instate the order….. not sure what will come from this. I used the $50 loyalty + $100 outdated phone + $540 trade in bonus + half price galaxy buds + free case. Anyone else have the same issue?

      at what stage(status) they cancelled your order, have you received the tax invoice within the order confirmation?

        I didn't receive an order confirmation email, only an email that said 'Your order has been received and is currently being reviewed. Once your order has been verified, you will receive a order confirmation email and your order will be processed'. They took out a pre-authorisation for the payment yesterday (as I saw it being deducted from my ING account), but the money has been returned to my account today.

    • Yes my order was cancelled too. I ordered at around 5pm yesterday.
      Just wondering how can you get the free case? I tried many ways but the case still shows $59 when check out.

      • Sorry to hear that your order got cancelled too! I added the galaxy buds first, then the case, and only then added the S21 to the cart. Also maybe try a different device. It didn't work on my phone but that order of 1) buds 2) buds case 3) phone somehow worked on my laptop. After adding all these to cart, I then added the promo codes at the end.

          I rang Samsung customer Care this morning and was given a reference case number only. I was told to wait from 3 to 10 days for their Admin response.
          How about your case?

          • @Pham Nguyen: They said the same for me. They escalated the situation to the relevant department, gave me a reference number and said it'll take 2-3 business days and it's not guaranteed that they can sort it out. Fingers crossed it works out for us!

          • @Pham Nguyen: the discount comes off the buds not the case. so when you get the buds they wil be half price at 100 and when you add the case the buds will drop to 40 but you will still pay full price for the case

          • @Bargain-er: Not sure, the impression I got from Samsung on the phone earlier is that they think it's more of an issue with the payment system but I don't know for sure. Good luck with your order!

              • @Bargain-er: I got an email saying my order was being reviewed, and within that email it had an itemisation of my order and the amount paid - which I don't think is what you mean by tax invoice (I didn't receive a separate PDF invoice). Hopefully that means that your order went through!

      • If you call them they will escalate it to the relevant team to try and salvage the order, but they said it'll take 2-3 business days and it is not guaranteed. Good luck!

      The email I received for the navy blue S21 Ultra 256g says "Thank you for choosing Samsung, your order has been received and is currently being reviewed. We may need to contact you to verify your order. Once your order has been verified, you will receive a order confirmation email and your order will be processed.". The charge they authorised is pending in my bank account. The order status in their page says" Waiting for Approval". This was 2 days ago. Hope they don't cancel my order as well! I've been trying to get a hold of them via chat/phone all day, no luck. Just sent an email, let's see what they say.

        • Nope it worked. They are customising order now and dispatch in 5 to 6 weeks.

      • Just to clarify it's the galaxy buds case, not a S21 case. I added the galaxy buds first, then the buds case, and only then added the S21 to the cart, and then added the promo codes at the end. It didn't work on my phone but it worked on my laptop.

    Ordered black ultra 256gb on 22/9, nothing yet and tracking number showed not found on star track, with expected 7-10 business's days email. Don't understand how it can take so long considering express shipping is normally 1 day.

    I assume they're putting the blame on Startrack even though my Samsung tracking shows dispatched…

      I have been waiting since the start of this post. I still havent recieved the phone. Samsung has no idea how to be transparent with stock and postage expectations. They also don't provide updates once shipping has commenced. This is the last time I buy direct from Samsung. Incompetent company.

  • I've been waiting since 3 September for the S21 Ultra regular colour. Still hasn't been shipped out.

    I rang up CS yesterday, and they said it still hasn't been shipped. No way to escalate.

    I'd take a wild guess that Ultra's are on a significant backlog depending on luck, colours and specs.

    • Same. I managed to contact them and they told me they were too busy and couldn't keep up with the emails. Which I don't believe as they were busy a few days ago and providing responses in a couple of hours.
      I would much prefer they just said they just said they had made a mistake and couldn't keep their promise to me rather than lie about it. There's no way they are not aware of this thread and I think they've seen the posts with people stacking the ODS & EDS and getting $100 phones and shut things down.

    • Tried multiple browsers, multiple trade in IDs, a MacBook, iPhone, PC and and Samsung phone.

      Safe to say I've exhausted all avenues to get it to work. Spewing.

      • Have you validated your credit/debit card in the tradeup app?
        If you have, then I would suggsst you to enter the trade in id in the final page after adding the ohone into cart. Wait for few seconds for the id to be validated. You will get invalid error from the point you enter the first char, but it will go away once the id is validated.
        Hope it helps.

              So far I've tried multiple devices, browsers, with and without a VPN.

              Different trade in ID's generated from different credit cards.

              I'm leaning towards it being an everyone problem at this point

              • @creesy: You need to wait a couple seconds for the trade in error to disappear then it'll work fine
