Special Terms on Cashrewards

Cashback is eligible for customers buying a new service (SIM) & new sign-ups (new customers). Cashback is ineligible on recharges to existing services.

Cashback is limited to two prepaid services per member per month, provided they are purchased across separate transactions. Cashback is paid on only one plan/item per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans/items purchased on that order/transaction.

Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and remain active for 30 days to be eligible for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible if sale is cancelled, withdrawn, changed, refunded.

    • I know you can get 2 x 10% by doing a mobile and an insurance product but I would doubt they will actually do it for 2x mobile. Just a guess, but recon its a lot safer you just signing up for a new rewards card (you can do it online in minutes).

  • How many times can you do the data gifting to another WW mobile number? Is it up to half of your data each month or just once off, and if you have some data accrued in your data bank, can you gift that data to another account?

  • Can the $10 monthly plan be activated with this pack?

      For purchasing the SIM you can enter anyone's address as long as it populates (e.g. friend or family member's address)

      Then when the SIM arrives, activate it with someone over the phone by calling 1300 101 234 (select option 5, then 'existing customer') to get around the address validation issue

          When you activate the sim you have to type in your passport or Medicare details online. Never seen anything about being able to do it by phone.

    When do the starter packs expire? I am hoping to keep them for approximately 6 months or so until my Boost expires.

    Can I hop from Boost to Woolies mobile and then Woolies mobile back to Boost as a new customer?

    My fear is that they are both on Telstra network, so not sure if it would work…

    • you have to activate it in 30 days to get the cashback I'm fairly sure. so activating in 6 months time would work.

    Am I understanding this process correctly:
    - Order the 30-Day $40 plan for free (costs $15, but get $15 cashback)
    - When I activate the $40 plan, I will get the option to apply $40 towards longer term plans? I.e. I can upgrade to the $150 365-day Plan for $110?
    - Doing the above won't void the original $15 cashback?
    - Do I also get $20 cashback when I turn the 30-Day plan into the 365-Day plan?
    - After 45 days I will be eligible for 10% discount on woolies
    - Therefore, for $110 I can have 10% woolies discount for 12-months?

      No $20 cashback for sure. The others are all yes.

      • Can the referral code for the $10 wish card also be used? Or does that invalidate the Cashrewards cashback?

    • I'm also confused by this, I assume that using the $40 starter pack towards a 365 day plan counts as activating the service.

      Agree with Neoika, from Cashrewards T&Cs buying the 365 day plan wouldn't be a new SIM or a new sign up so wouldn't be eligible for the $20 cashback.

    • Worth noting the 10% is only once per month as far as I can tell. 6 month plan might be slightly better bang for buck depending on your spend.

      Last time I bought two, only received one dispatch email but both arrived.

    • They sent a dispatch email today, saying 10-15 business days for delivery. So there is a risk of not being able to activate within 30 days of purchase.
