    Which is zero. Either by amazon rejecting or shopback not tracking/honouring.

      I got challenge completed even partially returning more order still got to wait until Dec for it to be processed.

      • Completed just means it has been tracked. If you returned some items within the same order the tracked cashback will be rejected by December eventually.

        • Order was tracked in 2 tracks as it consisted of some 0% categories.

          • @Sheng: If I understand you correctly, yes normally it tracks the Amazon order and a seperate one for the $5 bonus. I'm pretty sure they don't split the order in to seperate cashback entries because the cashback whether eligible or not is determined by the retailer i.e. Amazon. I have never had SB split entries for cashback as part of the same order before in all these years and they don't check what category an item sits under. Amazon will pay out the cashback if eligible, and SB will approve it or reject it. If it is rejected you put in a missing cashback claim and they will come back and say Amazon rejected it due to a variety of reasons such as items being in a 0% category.

            From experience, if you had even one 0% category order in the same order, the entire order is rejected for cashback as well as the bonus that tracked when the time comes. Until then it will just show as pending.

            • @cute as duck: Oh I didn't see this. I definitely got two separate tracking on my one order like you do for alixpress on Cash rewards.

      Electronics/Automotive/PC always 0% - that's all of the categories I ever buy.

    Remember as usual guys, the item category you purchase needs to have cash back > 0% to be eligible for this deal.

      Even if it is > 0%, if for any reason that category goes to 0% up until your cashback is confirmed they'll reject it…. so make sure you screenshot the category and whatever you're purchasing.

        True and Amazon changes cashback rates from time to time.

    • Yep. Request desktop website on your phone to see what category the purchase is under, it will be the category in bold at the top-left.

        • Update: Put in a claim, and the cashback has now been approved. Not sure whether it was due to me putting in the claim, or them realising it was an error.

            @cute as duck: Sorry I missed this thread earlier.
            There was an error that caused almost all the Flash Sale Cashback to be rejected.
            We resolved it on the day and pushed all incorrectly rejected Cashback to Approved.

            If anyone still has Missing/Rejected Cashback from a valid Amazon order over the Flash Sale period, please reach out to me via DM.

  • @gotyourback is it on any category or only the ones with cashback > 0.0% ( which is the case for most items on amazon )
