Wow even a cheap 85" is about the same price as a projector that can do 120" or more.
Unless you're in a sunlit room watching TV during the day a lot, or only watch reality TV, projector is the better option by miles.
I've used one for years and would never go back to a "big" screen TV, not even for OLED. It's just so much better to watch movies at the size they were made for (not to mention games).

What are Imax Enhanced films on a streaming service ? Never head of this. Do I need my Home IMAX Screen? Any benefits of these movies on a normal 4K TV?
And here the answer: The enhancement takes advantage of IMAX's taller 1.90:1 aspect ratio, so on a 16:9 TV the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen will be reduced (content is up to 26% taller than Disney's standard 2.35:1 aspect ration). The benefit of this change is that any scene shot in IMAX will be more detailed. IMAX Enhanced movies will also support 4K, Dolby Vision, HDR10, Dolby Atmos, and DTS sound.
What does this mean for tablet users?
From mini_wombat's answer, depending on your tablet, it may benefit your viewing experience also, but I think especially so for iPads that have consistently used a 4:3 ratio.
I'm fine with black bars due to a different aspect ratio my question is whether anything new will be available for Android tablet devices and if so for which models or Android os versions etc or any other differentiating information.
Yeah ipads I know have the proper ratio for this and most likely ones released in the past 6-7 years can utilise this but I'm not sure.

It's the 'streaming premiere' where as Jungle Boat is 'available to all users'. They have used a very distinct wording on the website

It's the streaming premiere because Shang Chi is debuting on the platform for the first time, whilst Jungle Cruise has already been available on Premiere Access.
@Slut: Yep it's not clear and covered by marketing wankery. If it does come out as premium access, then there's going to be a lot of angry people but what they haven't said is "available to all users".

Subscribed for a year yesterday. Should have got a month for $2 first.
Spoke to Disney chat, they said i was eligible only if i cancelled subscription through Apple. So I got a refund through Apple, and have now subscribed for a single month as opposed to a year. Now I will wait and see if there is really enough content to sign up for a year… not the smartest marketing Disney.

Disney+ always have some "special trial" or now cheap $1.99 month when a new series comes out.
This time its for Hawkeye coming out November 24/25th.
You get to see 3-4 episodes with the 1-month $1.99 but to see the conclusion, it'll cost you $11.99.

When Shang-chi was filming in Sydney, I participated in the filming as an extra. I missed the premiere due to the lockdown, and haven't watched this movie until now.

I watched it tonight and I have to say it's probably my new favourite origin movie in the MCU. Absolutely amazing movie!!!!

@Ghost47: Yes another one was an ancient costume scene, which was filmed by hundreds of people, it should appear at the beginning but I didn't see it in the movie. It should have been cut out. Actually this is what I want to see. ^_^
