As per recent deal, I have tried and tested this myself, have gotten few thousands worth of SocialGood coins and cashed out to USDT.

It was $100 referral, now $200, not sure what to make of it, but my guess is they are not reaching their new sign up targets quick enough. Though, there's not much really to lose by trying out the App.

IMO eBay AU works best with tracking(12-24 hours) and approvals always happen at the end of the following month, so it takes 31-60 days for eBay AU.

Aliexpress have also worked for me. Haven't really tried other stores.

New users need to spend US$30 or more within 30 days of signing up.

        Metamask is a pain in the a** to use for SG as you have to manually import the SG token using Contract Address..before you can see the SG available.I heard Trust Wallet will show straight away…

    I keep trying to withdraw certain amounts ($530, $500, $450, $300, etc) but its saying that I'm trying to withdraw more or less than I'm allowed.

    I think I'll just wait and see how this develops. Think Ive spent too much time on this.

      I suspect they could be manually approving accounts in batches because different people are getting approvals at different times. Token price is back up to $1, so could be more accounts that gets approved. Just have to monitor.

    So even though you did everything right, you're not allowed to withdraw any bonus you obtained.
    So the sign up bonus of $200 is worth $0 at the moment, even though it's approved, also approved bonus for posting on social media, which has already been approved for 2 months, is also not withdrawable .. I assume that you also cant withdraw any $100 bonus.

    So people that didn't get $300 of purely shopping, won't see any cent until they fix their own system.
    I had $200 that should have been tracked from Booking.com, but they don't provide any support (only generic bot response) … very frustrating.

    People should be aware that they have no intention of paying out any bonus (at least not in the near future).

    With the current cashback rates, that makes this a useless app.
    (You will need to spend $6k USD with 5% cashback rate, hoping everything tracks ok, hoping the coin doesn't drop to then get maybe $285 USD cashback. Hoping they don't change their mind until cashback is approved, because they might increase/limit withdrawal again.)

    This is becoming a joke. They have approved part of the SG but withheld just enough so that it doesn’t meet the withdraw threshold. The purchase was back in December.

    So as far as I can tell, they will approve Referral Bonuses but won't let you withdraw them yet - I assume they will once KYC is introduced
    Purchases are being approved as per normal and can be withdrawn if the minimum withdrawal limit is met.

    They have also decided to introduce a lottery to receive 100% Aliexpress where you supposedly have a 1/3 chance of winning 100% cashback - Not entirely sure how accurate that is… it's likely rigged to give you less than 100% cashback 98% of the time.

    I have made 2 purchases via Aliexpress in the last fortnight (prior to the lottery) which haven't tracked. All purchases prior to that tracked without an issue. You win some you lose some I guess…

    When I try to withdraw, the app tells me "Withdrawable value from UDS 300 .. Up to USD 61.48 (insufficient)"
    What does that second part mean? Do I need to have $361 worth of approved SD in my account to be able to withdraw $300?

      It means that you have earned $61 in cashback through shopping so far and that’s the total amount you could technically withdraw if there wasn’t a minimum.

      It’s showing insufficient currently because you need a minimum of $300 to withdraw, so you need to earn $238.52 more to be able to withdraw if that makes sense.

        This doesn't make sense.. My $200 referral bonus was approved and I currently have ~340 approved SG.
        When I select Withdraw SG in the app, the first screen shows "Withdraw with market value USD 280"

        Edit: after reading the other comments in this post I realized they don't allow to withdraw the referral bonus? wow, what a shitty company..

            I was above the $300 with referral bonus, successfully submitted a withdrawal request, for it to just fail after +- 3 weeks or so. Now I get the same as you.

            Not available to everyone yet (e.g. in my app it doesn't show).
            My partner has an entry "Identity Verification" - but can't actually do verification.

            Referral bonus can't be withdrawn at this point …

                @hawkeye93: Just the $300 purchases at the moment. And to withdraw (if you have the updated app) that $300 you will need to fulfil KYC. The KYC check initiates when you start the withdrawal

    KYC has been fixed on iPhone now in the most recent update today. Had to do license scan and face scan, went back out and pressed withdraw again and it processed straight into my Trust Wallet.

        Hmm after I updated the app it just worked for me and pushed through the verification so I'm not 100% sure what's happening for you if you're on the latest version. Maybe you're right, it could be getting pushed out in batches potentially to not overload.

        If you have enough to withdraw, it should come up to verify once you press withdraw more than $300 USD in total. It came up with a very similar KYC to other exchanges and what not (driven by Jumio) and required license and facial recognition. Once that's done, can go back in and withdraw. I'm not sure as of yet whether they have pushed it to Android yet.

        I withdrew approx $380 USD this time around, then hoping to withdraw the rest now that my final transaction was approved later when they raise the withdrawal cap.

    Put withdrawal request through, did KYC

    Couldn't get it working with metamask so made a Coinbase Wallet to withdraw to

    I've now got the SG sitting in my Coinbase Wallet - around $300 USD worth

    To now try transfer to Bitmart in order to swap it for something else I need to add some ETH to my Coinbase Wallet to pay for the gas fees for the withdrawal (like $10 USD). But having problems working out the best way of getting some ETH onto Coinbase wallet. I've connected the Wallet to my regular Coinbase account but then the app won't accept my debit card for purchases for some reason even though I used it before many months ago. Anyone else trying out this method or did I stuff up and overcomplicate things?

        Thanks - I thought free withdrawals on FTX was only if you also held their token though? That's what I vaguely remember was the case last year when others kept recommending them

        I ended up just using another card on Coinbase to buy enough ETH to do a couple of transactions - Wanted to at least lock in what was withdrawable since even that for me was like $600 USD.

        Still got a few thousand left to withdraw (a lot of it referrals or bonus offers), and lots of AliExpress orders which seem to take longer to approve than ebay, but now that I've gotten "something" out I'm willing to wait it out a lot longer for these to finalise.
