      • Most of the Professional kits has one instructions and one solution for say 20 tests. Can be hard to use by individual without training.
        Home use will have 20 instructions and 20 solutions in multiple pack.

        • Would the professional model packaged the solutions separately?

          • @BigLeviathan: One brand has multiple pack with 20 instructions and 20 solutions so far.
            Rest are one big buffer solution for 20 tests.

  • Two weeks ago these cost $7 per unit and they came as individually wrapped single use tests In a 5 pack.

    These guys seem to have a decent amount of positive reviews, but alot of bad reviews too

    What I don't get is if you have covid you have to go into shops trying to find these tests spreading more covid if you have it. Or spend your day waiting 8 hrs to get PCR test.

      yeaahhhhhh….. good luck. they are very very hard to find unless you get to a Woolies/Coles/chemist at opening time and hope they got some in overnight

  • Let's face it ..the horse has bolted. No testing is going to help now. Especially RAT tests, they aren't designed for non symptomatic testing.

    We can blaim the governments all we like, but at the end of the day its just a virus and only we can do something about it. If we simply keep our distance, wash our hands, not touch our face and not go out if we have any form of symptoms and this thing would go away in a couple of weeks..BUT…

    We are humans. We can't change to save ourselves….literally. Just watch people cram into shops/ elevators over xmas, embracing people you only see because it Xmas etc etc, go into work crook because we are 'too busy' to take time off, or feel we are letting someone down.

    PCR testing is the only test worth doing (unless symptomatic).

    Any of you that ordered these back on the 3rd/4th when the deal was listed, has anyone actually received your order yet?

      Emailed Werko yesterday and the response was "Don't email us". I'll give them till the end of the week but it's a little disappointing.

      • Yeah I have sent multiple emails now, not a single response.

        I might do the same, if I don't hear back from them by the end of the week, I will call up my bank about reversing the credit card charges.

        • I have sent an email and no response, i supposedly pre-ordered for the 17th shipping.

    • I ordered prior to the deal, was in stock at the time, got a consignment number which has never been picked up/scanned/tracked. 2 unanswered emails.

        Wow, that's even worse than the rest of us. I dont have a consignment number yet or anything.

        If the company knew they had no ability to fulfill the orders by the stated dates on the website, they should have stopped taking more orders until they had caught up with the backlog.

        I just received an email from them late last night. They have a backlog of roughly 90k orders. They will be shipping December orders by 22 Jan. Which means the early Jan orders are probably not going to be shipped until at least Feb at this stage.

        Appears they are being review bombed hard though, hope the money was worth all the 1 star reviews…

  • The same with me, I have got the tracking no but don't know where to track. However I ended up went to the shop/factory address from the website and picked up the box.

    I bought some on the 11th and they arrived today in Sydney, express postage from VIC. Didn't get any notification or anything that they were shipped, just arrived out of the blue

  • anyone know which courier they're using? Ordered on 3rd and still havent received it…theyve noted a tracking number starting with MS but it's not working on any of the courier tracking pages…

      Believe it's Aramex. I finally got confirmation that my package was picked up A few days after they gave me tracking number.

  • Got my tracking number on the 12th but it doesn't actually track and I can't seem to get an update

  • I ordered on the 5th, with a dispatch ETA of the 12th.
    3 emails have not been responded to.
    I've requested they cancel the order, and have lodged a chargeback/card dispute with my bank.

  • I ordered some from Werko about 3.5 weeks ago. Hasn't arrived. No answer on the phone. Website says they're overwhelmed with orders and remain patient.

    Would have been better to notify buyers upfront about the delay instead of allowing purchases that were going to be inevitably delayed.

  • For anyone interested, I ordered Jan 3 before this deal was posted, in stock at the time. Tracking number with Aramex generated the next day. Never tracked, my family with the same order same situation.
    Today it just started tracking for both of us as collected.
    Also no response to 6 emails.

    Costco and Amazon have some available in three last hour, might have changed since.

  • still no reply from this mob… they however have now sent me a tracking number, i'm guessing its the same aramex mob listed above but they have no record of it… wish i'd stayed away i could have bought it from few other places in the meantime…

  • Ordered on the 4th of Jan when it was listed as Lyher test kits to be dispatched on the 12th of Jan. Listing on website and this post then got changed to VivaDiag. Contacted support and they confirmed that I would be receiving VivaDiag instead and shipping has been delayed til 17th. They could atleast shot as email to let us know about these changes. Still have not received tracking or shipping info.

    I've been waiting a month to receive masks from these clowns, which were in stock when I placed the order. They don't reply to emails or answer their phones, I wish I hadn't ordered from them and there is no way I would be pre-ordering anything from them. Do yourself a favour - order from someone else.

    • Same here. Ordered masks and safety glasses and no update on the order and no replies to multiple emails. its been 4 weeks now and if I do not hear back from them by CoB I will dispute the charge on the CC.
