        Should be free for .au domains, most others require a year renewal with transfer.

      I switched from Ventra to to Zuver, only to be back under Ventra a month later when they bought Zuver.

        Don't know why people think that they acquired Zuver they always own them. They just made the decision to go out of the budget end of the market which was what the Zuver brand was for them.

    Not the best company / price around.

    I had a hard time transferring out of VentraIP as their system wouldn't let me … support was pretty unhelpful … it took over a month and lots of emails to get out…

      Low level of support sort of implied from VentraIP, I'm sure DorsaIP, once established, will take it higher.

        Transferring a domain is pretty straightforward and automated on many other providers, CloudFlare, NameCheap etc etc

        It’s not really an excuse to take over a month to move it…….

    is there a window to renew a domain? I've got one due to expire in about 6months - its padlocked and cant renew at this stage?

      I chatted to their support and unless your domain is up for renewal (I think within 1-2 months?) they won't give you the discount. Pretty poor for existing customers I thought.

        Not their fault - .au domains as a whole cannot be renewed unless it expires within the next 90 days, per auDA policy.

        Alas!

      Looked back at old deals and they were offering that back in 2017. Since then some 70% and 65%. Times are certainly more expensive these days than then.

    EDIT - Found it. Cannot do bulk renewals. One at a time only! -

    Ive got four .au's ready to renew. I bulk managed them to renew and it created an invoice. But there is no shopping cart with a place to add the AU22RENEW code? Only an invoice to pay? Any advice please…

    I had two domains due to expire in 7 days. The coupon code would not work, came up with "cannot apply to billing cycle" or some other excuse like that. I surmise that this is just another example of discount-unavailable-for-whatever-reason-we-can-invent.

    I just tried "AUSDAY22" and "AU22RENEW" got message that "promo code is already ended". Will report this deal as expired. Pity, I would have renewed for a few extra years in advance.
