    I had an ETA of the 7th of May. It shipped on the 20th of April (supposedly).
    I haven't got it yet (Sydney). I'm starting to get a little worried… If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll have to contact Amazon.de.

          My package must have been thrown around a bit. The vita box was a little crushed on on end so much so that the sticky tape was broken. The main opening was fine as was the other side, so it still had 2 sticky tapes out of 3. The system was fine and seemed untouched, just the box might have been squashed a little.

    Got mine yesterday with FIFA. As noted above, no English.

    Emailed Amazon (in English) got response same day:

    "sorry not in English… as cost of return is prohibitively expensive… one-time exception to standard policy… please keep and accept refund… perhaps can donate to charity in your area."

    What a company. Best customer service ever!

    On another note, I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the PSP ports. You'd think Sony would go to some effort to port them over if they want upwards of $15 for 3 year old games. While you can use second stick for FPS like resistance and Battlefront, it is just a mapping of existing buttons so you still miss out on some options.

    Also feel a bit stung paying $9.99 for puzzle quest when it is the same as the iphone version which cost half of that. And continuing with my rant, an 8GB memory card is fairly useless for Vita game downloads. Gets full quickly (with demos). Looks like it will be a while before they get rid of memory card games.

    Other than that, amazing piece of technology. Can't wait to see some new PS Vita specific titles come out.

          Packaging left alot to be desired. In hindsight, I kinda wish I paid a bit more just to get premium shipping.

          Package looked like it wanted to burst at the seams and the vita box was almost splitting at two ends. It was fine inside though.
