Segway Ninebot F20A electric scooter is now on clearance at aldi for $299 (Original special buys was $499) . Many stores have the stock. You cannot check it online but if you walk in and ask the manager they may give you the details (They can check stocks at all stores and they are updated every 15 minutes)

Checked at Adelaide yesterday and many stores have the stock (not on display at most stores). Store manager confirmed few people are buying in bulk like 10-12 of them (assuming they will be reselling on different platforms)

Store manager can also check the stock at other stores and give you information of where you can find one.

          Thanks for this, good info.

          One of the comments stating that escooter riders run red lights is a reason they should be banned is a joke, 85%+ of bike riders do this anyway in the city (Melb) in my experience in riding a motorbike for 6+ years into the city daily.
          I'll most likely get negged for saying this.

          There are many eScooters riders around my area, with a Police station near by, so?….
          This dumb (VIC) law should be fixed and more personal/alternative transportation should be encouraged.
          Or at least permit them in outer suburbs with a helmet requirement.

            @OrbDaggerZ: I forgot to add that I've needed to avoid 2 incidents in the city where cyclist ran red lights in the past.
            Even some near misses with cars vs cyclist.

            So saying that e scooters are less safe than push bikes due this occurrence is lame, IMHO.
            It's the person's fault when they run red lights, not what forms of transport there using, be it motorbikes, e bikes, e scooters or cars.
            Or do other stupid things that are unsafe.

    What's the deal with these in WA? I see people riding them so assume they're legal/semi-legal? Given what a nanny state this place is, the cops would be all over it if 'laws' were being broken.

    I spoke to a manager in Queensland who called head office to get the low down. Apparently they are only discounting them this heavily in the states where you can't ride them legally. Queensland will be getting usual discounts in about a week for around the $450 mark.

    out of the 2 stores in brisbane i went to both had stock. No luck with price matching at either store even with the reciept. Still showing as 499.

    I just bought two at $399 each at Amaroo, ACT. He said he had around 10 left in stock as of around 215pm. Wouldn't budge on the price, said it was a different model that previously sold for $599 and was discounted to $399. Not only sure if it's a good deal.
    Edit: just checked the receipt and it says F20A. Not sure what's going on here :(

      my store said 10 in campbelltown and casula. I went to Casula and its $399. Not a deal for me and wouldn't price match even off the receipt so each store must have their own discretion

      Check Golden Grove as well. Else you may want to check Greenacres to see if they can give you stock details for other stores. They do not have it there (Manager name Elliot - was very helpful person, he has a list of like 30-40 stores and their real time stocks)

          No, I did not bother to ask or check with that manager as I was more keen to see in and around Adelaide.

          I wont be surprised if the system let's you check stocks across.

          Best bet would be to hunt for a manager in store who can check this for you instead of going around different stores

    Thanks for the tip! Managed to pick up two this afternoon at Parafield Gardens store. Tried St Marys and Kilkenny. St Marys were most unhelpful, said "heaps" at Kilkenny without checking any systems. Went there, and the poor guy was like sorry we're all out - Had him call Parafield for me. Props to that guy at Kilkenny. What a drive - but worth it.

        Currently taking that up with my local member of Gibson who happens to also be the state transport minister.
        They're legal in every other state - other than NSW and SA. When I last messaged Corey he was waiting for the national framework to become available.
        Its been available now for a while, so I'm very hopeful its not long before they're made legal here.

    This is not nation wide or even certain states. Each state is divided into regions, each region has a director who will reduce old specials. Corporate reductions are the only exception and this isn't a corporate reduction.

    Hi, was hoping if anyone could forward their receipts or a picture of any sale tag for $299? I would like to have evidence for claiming it from 28 degrees MasterCard.     Had my folks check Drysdale in Vic and they said they haven't had them for weeks. The guy said everywhere has sold out but wouldn't check the computer for them
