      eBay is never instant tracking for any cashback provider. Batches are reported starting next business day at 9 am

    I have ordered $159 order boost sim card with eBay now but I have done the transaction in overseas since I am here but did the transaction on AEST time 6-8PM promotion period.

    Hope this doesn't affect the $25 cashback.

        Interesting. Back in November 2020 I missed out on a ShopBack bonus cashback offer because of ebay's processing delay (gift card payment). Rep's response back then was that the date details they receive is the same one under an item's purchase history (when ebay processed my order and not when I completed check out). From your experience it sounds like I should've pressed harder for the bonus.

      Happened to me a few times before and I have always received the cashback. However, just in case, I usually took a screenshot of the “original” purchase time because this time WILL change after the payment is subsequently confirmed.

    I confirmed my purchase at 7:58pm, but the eBay app didn’t process it until a few minutes later so the purchase has tracked as being made at 8:01pm and missed out on the increased rate. Is there anyway I can still get the increased rate?

          I generally wouldn't be expecting to earn Cashback on shipping fees (at pretty much any store).

          Notes from the SB ebay page:

          Cashback is calculated based on the Order Value, excluding any GST/Taxes & Delivery Fees
