      yep, order went from $64.xx to $3.xx!

      But deal probably officially ended now - it says 9pm but not sure if that’s local time or EST daylight time etc

  Made an order from coles for $50, used this promo, paid with afterpay.

  2 of the items worth $40 were not in stock, they delivered $10 out of $50 of the order and refuse to do anything about it.

  After responding to their support they refunded the order. Guess you gotta be persistent.

  A lot of critics for Doordash and rightly so as they are a very shady/scummy company. Having said that, I did use the voucher 5 times and got a lot of value from it with no tomfoolery or cancelled orders so credit where it's due. It's actually good when the service works.

  Very impressed with doordash customer service. I had scheduled 3 orders for pickup to make use of the offer.

  But felt unwell before the day, didn't want to risk it and opted to stay home and isolate. Contacted their CS chat to cancel, very fast response almost immediate, and they agree to refund.

  At first they only offered to refund the amount i spent out of pocket so I asked if I can get full refund including the 50% discount for this offer? They agreed to it without any fuss. Very happy. I'm convinced now as a customer.

  Contrast this to ubereats CS, same kind of promo, $15 off $30 spend so 50% off. Contacted their CS chat, slow response. Had to wait for email reply. Didn't answer my question, kept repeating with automated response. When I finally reached a human rep they refused outright. Pretty poor in comparison. Felt more appreciated as doordash customer.
