      It might cause Cashback to track at $0, but the $10 bonus will still be honoured.

          Did you use any discount codes other than PLSAVE20? I had 2 items in my >$100 transaction, one tracked at $0.90 as there weren't any codes applied for it, the other tracked at $0.00 as I had a code applied for it which wasn't PLSAVE20.

                  @King Steuart: Just in case you're in the same situation as me, you didn't purchase really late and have tracking as after midnight, right? I've just had to contact the rep here for this issue again (as expected). Made the purchase at 11:58pm but tracking time is 00:02.

                      @gotyourback May need to raise the issue with your team again, could be many that purchased late like us. A permanent solution to this would be nice, or at least a clear warning that we shouldn't be leaving purchases until the last 5 mins or so.

                        A few things:

                        1. We cannot fix eBay's reporting as this is completely out of our control, they report orders based on Payment Confirmation - not Purchase Time.
                          So if you pay at 11:58pm but your payment isn't validated until 12:04am, your order will be reported as 12:04 am the next day.
                        2. What we've done from our end however is allow a 5 minute window after any eBay promo/upsize to compensate for this delay in reporting.
                        3. We wouldn't be able to do the same for Challenges as this would impact all Challenges, not just eBay specific ones.

                        If you have an issue with a Challenge not being updated/credited due to eBay's delayed reporting, please reach out to me and I'll sort it out for you.

                          Or do I just need to wait for the order to become confirmed at $0 as you said below? As one of the two things I bought in the single transaction still has the status as calculating.

                          Challenge still shows as failed.

                      @King Steuart: Hey, sorry I missed this thread earlier.
                      I've had a look at your account now and everything is fine.

                      If an eBay order tracks at $0 you will receive an email that says you were ineligible for Cashback & your account will show "Calculating".
                      This will not impact the bonus as we have updated our bonus logic to accept eBay & Amazon orders that track at $0.

                      Once your order is confirmed at $0 after the 60 day pending period, the $10 Bonus will be credited to your account.
                      You can check the challenge by going to our App, clicking 'Earn More' > 'Ongoing'.

      For me Ebay challenge now says "Challenge Failed"(you have to go to Earn More -> History to find the challenge). My ebay purchases tracked but are showing "Calculating" state. The only code I used was the $20 code from eBay plus sign up
