      It's down to how you "sell" it. It's not reasonable to expect people to give something for free and ship it too. Shipping alone costs money. The reaction would be different if he worded it more transparently though.

      Give the guy a little break. Must be hard/scary running a business in this economy. I know ozbargain are a lot more tougher on reps but lets remember that reps from small businesses are actually normal people trying to make an income.

      Is $4 shipping to high? Probably. Is a total of $4 still an okish deal from an AU seller? I think so. Yes he should have included the shipping cost in the title but let's all take a deep breath and calm down.

      With misleading posts and aggressive responses I don't think the Ozbargain community will mind if this is the "LAST TIME EVER". You went from having a poorly chosen post which can be forgiven to then becoming overly aggressive which will now be your downfall.     Please be professional. People don't complain about the cost. We all know that nothing is free completely and yes, when business is giving away something, it still costs them.

    However, it is that the TITLE is MISLEADING in saying free when in fact it really COSTS us $4. IT IS NOT FREE AS YOU SAID IT. Think as a customer when saying or doing something. Well, I guess that philosophy needs to be every REAL business minded person right?

    And what's more? DO NOT GET AGGRESSIVE WITH CUSTOMERS !!!
