    Will it charge my eneloops?

    • +18

Most OzBargainers surely have enough Eneloops to rig up and charge this.

They had me at farm fence.

Looks like a decent find OP. Will look into it, thanks.

All I saw was people arguing about decades

      • -3

Yah, and how part of a decade = a decade

Therefore, by extending the same flawed logic (please forgive me!)
        Part of a century = a century
        Part of a millennium = a millennium
        And to conclude…
Part of all time = all time

Therefore in summary Cygnett, like everything else, has been around for all time.

Let it go, let it go
          Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
          I don't care what they're going to say….

Its way too chunky for just 23,400mAh

Also 23,400 mah is too less for the uses this one can be put to with 200w output.

If you just wanna charge a few phones and tablets etc you can get a 100w 25000 mah powerbank which is 1/4th this size.

    • This is 260Wh. A 100w 25000mAh powerbank will only be around 95Wh.

      • you are right.I missed that.
        23.4Ah * 11.1V =
        259.73999999999995 watt hours (Wh)

  • +2

260Wh isn't much energy for something this size.

    • 11.1V batteries and not 5V like a power bank. Plenty of similar power stations are this size.

      • watts the same no matter the voltage

        • Plenty of similar power stations are this size.

  • I charged my makita lithium battery. 5ah Battery was showing 229w power draw on the screen with the internal fan on full speed. Battery only charged upto 3 bars of the 4 so roughly 1ah left to charge on the battery via AC.

    Or bluetti eb3a

    • +1

Yeh I have my heart set on the Bluetti, bit more pricey but very impressive. The Cygnett does look good too though, particularly at this sale price.

I used to be the guy who had an AGM deep cycle battery in battery box, with inverter clamped on top. Loads of power, but messy, heavy and ugly. Now I want a neat little power station with bells and whistles!

  • Good for ups for router

    • I doubt it. Very different operation. UPS are designed to handle a floating charge without damaging the battery and to have minimum if any drop out during switch over.

  • How did it expire so quickley?

  • Is it possible to charge tesla with it?

    • +1

No need coal for that sort of power

    • is this a joke?

    • Yes, you could put nearly 259.74Wh into a Tesla, or about 0.2877778% of a full charge

    • If you have a Tesla, you don't need this.

To answer your question, I think not as almost all EVs have a minimum charge rate that is above 200W.

    Comeback15 works. Any better codes?

    • Not seen anything else that still works and I think I've tried them ALL.

FINISH15 also works but doesn't better the 15%

Devils Avocado, but isnt this just one of those things people think is a good idea, that they buy and then sits in the garage unused, where the batteries chemically deteriorate, and where you find you maybe get to just barely recharge a kobo once when you finally get around to using it 3 years from now, after finding it here for a bargain

Or am i just misreading how humans accumulate gadgets that they never in fact use?

    • When I rode my Xiaomi Pro 2 I used similar to get about 20% charge. Was good on the go, in the car, camping etc
