What is the 'OzBargain Starter Pack?'

I'm thinking of putting together a sort of… Ozbargain Bingo for the Brisbane meet up (this weekend).

The stereotypical Ozbargainer - what items do they own/deals they've partaken in?

Judging by what's popular on the front page… I've got:
*Citibank/28 Degrees card for travel
*Some sort of Dyson vacuum
*R&M shoes?
*Amazon Prime Membership
*Has recently purchased RAM, an SSD or GPU
*Air Fryer Enthusiast
*OLED TV (LG C1/2) or 75+" LCD
*KFC is their favourite fast food
*Shares a 'family' subscription with other (estranged) Ozbargain 'family' members.

What else would you include here? Anything you'd change? What is the 'Ozbargain Stater Pack?

    • And deservedly so. Rekt bailed so at least there's no more cyrpto BS coming from him/her/they/insert whatever other gender preference you want.

I wonder what they're like in real life

      • Why they bailed
        I liked reading it

        • Pretty sure they were posting when terra lost its peg, that it was an arbitrage opportunity, as it was algorithmically impossible that it won't return to $1.

My guess is they made a bunch of money going all in on crypto, but got greedy and lost their gains.

      Crypto.

Where can you plough all your money then take out a margin loan at 1% for daily living expenses, never sell the asset and end up with CGT.

Then it halves in value and your 25% leverage becomes 50% (possibly getting liquidated). Celsius ends up in bankruptcy and locking up your assets. I guess no CGT is real.
