Just an FYI netgear has been removing features from their routers since 2021 presumably to push power users into upgrading to better routers or buying a premium subscription.
Netgear Parental controls for example don't come free on the router but are a paid feature.
Netgear hasn't been a serious brand for power/advanced users for at least a decade.
Even with many of those features they were subpar.
Orbi says hi…. they aren't for low end.
They aren't really power users/advanced control either. That's kind of the point of them though, easy setup and good wifi distribution, for ordinary folk without having to be a router geek.
What's a good router to buy for around $150??
Not sure, but you probably want one that does wifi 6e. Weirdly, wifi 6 doesn't support 6ghz, but 6e does.
Thought it was a new DJI Fpv goggle for a seoncd there.
if this is v1, stay away from it… it's been plagued with issues since its initial release and even till now.. (I know, as someone who personally has owned one)
better than xiaomi's ax1800 which has more antennas and a quad core cpu + npu
