        When I spoke to them on chat, one of them said it would be 28 business days and another said 14 days at most. Not sure why it should even take more than a day in the first place.

        I am chatting with Telstra CS on this and they kept passing from one agent to another. 1hr already and they are still no outcome.

    Just jumped on chat and they told me points will be added in 2 to 4 more business days.

    The said bonus can take up to 14 business days to appear. Asked them for a reference number because I doubt they will appear.

    I reported this points issue to Telstra late last week and this has now been referred to the Telstra Plus team to investigate. I will be following up with them today.

      Just checked and I didn't get either- chatted to agent online and was asked if I have any active service. Anyway agent couldn't help as need to raise a case so hopefully will hear back next week.

    No bonus points for me either yet, but I've noticed an error when I try to redeem rewards with the points I already have. Probably because I don't have any active services but I've never had this problem before.

    Had to contact Telstra to get 13,000 points on one account that linked for the first time.
    Another account that was linked in previous promotion, unlinked and linked again was not eligible.

    eBay has the worst customer service. Telstra was easier to deal with.
    Still waiting for missing eBay vouchers after 1.5 months and already escalated a few times.

      I got an message in the account about this 13k pts offer, but it already participated in last bonus pts promotion. Currently no card is linked.

        I got the message too in the account that already participated. However was told by Telstra Plus that the account was ineligible as it had received previous points.
