    Looks like I already used this offer on my westpac card. I can’t recall using this card to get $15 in last 2-3 years. Can’t recall before that time.

      I tried with a different email address and it worked. I think it's tied to your amazon/email address. Unfortunately, when it takes you to the amazon sign in page it doesn't work, says you've already applied this benefit previously to your account

    Didn't work for my westpac plebit card (second link) . It said sorry something went wrong or you're not eligible after 20s. I also saw a $0 credit from Mastercard so the number was entered correctly.

    Worked for my Citi Rewards though (first link).

        I use different email addresses for each service. If it does check, it would not have found the email address with my bank or Amazon.

    worked fine - westpac low/no fee credit card. I put in a different email address at the mastercard site to my amazon account - amazon asked me to create a new account or sign in with correct one. signed in, all working. 3 months.

    Check your email if you get a page error. I got an email with a link to the benefit page. It worked.
