        When an office/school/gov sells off 200 of them in mixed condition as is and a company buys them to refurbish, some have too serious problems to be refurbished like cracked screens and get sold on again to damaged tier resellers like this I guess? But these should be way cheaper, like for parts salvage.

    The alcatara on the wrist rests get manky AF after a while with these, it would be like buying someone's used tissues. Not sure if it's cleanable. It is cheap though, might be worth it if you can actually get in touch with them and verify the condition of the one they are sending you

      My alcantara is pristine with weekly cleaning, my co-workers is filthy, literally brown. I highly doubt people are cleaning weekly. Definitely do not recommend buying used alcantara online

    Nah , Surface laptop by itself was rubbish , had 2 of them and the screens developed pink and blue colour spots around the corners ( both of them ) after 2 years !! Not good computer for bargains unless at all

    Surface laptop models have a crack screen gate common issue. Specially the ones with aluminium body. Looks like they just got hold of warranty claimed bunch for peanuts.
