Thanks to ISP / I Smell Pennies and the current Turkish Lira crash, I could stack PS Plus and EA Access for the next couple of years.

Requirements:

• Revolut Account (I guess any Bank should work)
• Turkish Proxies
• patience

SETUP

Part 1 Turkish PSN Account

This will not work on your current Australian PSN account. You will have to sign-up for a new Turkish PSN Account. To do that, visit the PSN homepage and create a new account with the region set to Turkey. Use a fake address. (I usually use a hotel in a Turkish city.)
Alternatively, sign up on your PS5 and set the region to Turkey.

Part 2 OrduBil and Revolut

Part 3 Turkish Proxies

You can use free proxies from hidemy.name and ProxyNova.

PURCHASE of PSN or EA ACCESS subscription

Top up your OrduBil Account as explained in ISP’s post Part 2b.
Log in with your Turkish PSN Account to your PS5 and add the OrduBil card to your payment method.
Go to the network settings and edit your existing SSID by pressing the options button. Go to Proxy, select “Use”, and type in the provided IP addresses in Part 3. (patience IS KEY! Most provided IP addresses won't work. You will get a lot of “failed” messages.)

Once you succeed, you must go to the main settings menu and go to Users and Accounts -> Account -> Payment and Subscriptions -> Add funds.
(If the proxy connection fails, you won't get past “Account and have to try a different proxy IP address”)
Add funds TL 460 and go to the PSN Store to subscribe. Adding funds is essential for subscribing. You can't buy the subscription straight via credit card.

              @Digbo: Did you have to use a VPN or anything? Usually I never needed a VPN unless I wanted to buy PS+, but last night I couldn't even get games to purchase through either the web store or the PS5 store, regardless of VPN or not.

              Edit: just tried to buy a game again and just kept getting the same 'something went wrong' error.

    I just bought 12 months of Deluxe this morning, did it a slightly different way as I had issues with creating a PSN Account. If you can create the Turkish PSN account skip step 4.

    1.Create OlduBil account
    2. Create Binance Account ( Must verify with real info)
    3. Buy Cyrpto using Aus Card on binance
    3. Use P2P to sell Crypto to Lira (https://youtu.be/IDSNZO9nrZc), will be transfered to OlduBil Account
    4. Buy Turkish PSN account (https://wmcentre.net/en/item/novyy-turetskiy-psn-psn-akkaunt…), follow instructions and make sure you change passwords and set up 2FA. Put account on PS5. I paid with Crypto - BNB Coin.
    5. Install Windscribe on Chrome,(use free version), Go incognito set to Turkey
    6. Go to Playstation.com, log in Go to profile settings and payment management
    7. Add Oldubil card, most important add FUNDS to wallet.
    8. Funds added, purchase PS +

    Hopefully this works for others…

      Use Binance P2P trading. Buy crypto with your normal Aus card. Sell cyrpto for Lira and the buyer will transfer it to your oldubil account. Look at my previous comments and there is a link for a video on how to do this.

    I just tried control D method after failing in proxy for few days. It worked perfectly! For people who failed, you probably need to wait for a day and try agian. I saw the comments that Sony would blacklist your payment for 24 hours if it failed.

        Create a new profile -> set Default Rule as Re-direct all traffic in Profile Option -> create a new Windows device. Then it will give you a DNS. Put this DNS in your PS. Hope this helps.

      stealth just tested it again for you right now. Successfully added funds on the PS5 using ControlD from the crypto card and purchased another year of Deluxe.

      Much prefer using the crypto card as much less money lost on fees.

        Thats in USD, I expect the increase in TRY will be many multiples of what it is now and will be in line with current game prices compared to the Australian store. My guess would be that the Deluxe tier in the Turkish store is going to end up costing 2000+TRY.

          Thanks. Yea you're probably right. I notice prices of games on the Turkish store have almost doubled for many recent releases (FFXVI was just 799 TL prior to its release and is now 1,499 TL).

      Just go to subscription - buy same tier (12months), it will extend end date with 12 months

      Protip: do not upgrade before you stack.
      Instead, stack as many as you could on Essential tier. Then pay a capped price to upgrade all subscribed years to deluxe.
      I managed to subscribe for 8 years of Deluxe with $160. Now whether I’ll get banned or not is another story.

    I had a mastercard added to my TR PS+ (Revolut) - active Deluxe sub (expiring early next year).
    Was able to buy and add 12months today on the same card, tried to stack another 12months and got "something went wrong" (tried a few times but error persisted).
    Then out of curiosity looked up ozbargain posts, found this thread. After seeing you could add funds, I added funds, and that worked with same Revolut card.
    I now have TR460 in my PS wallet, but even when trying to buy the 12m sub, I get the same error saying "something went wrong" ..

    Anybody know what's going on? - Is this "blacklist" because payment failed?
    Should I just wait and try in a few more days?

      Interesting I have about 6 years subbed and try to add a year today but was not able to. Even using ControlD on the PS5.

        I wanted to add another 3 years to my account today so added 1380TL to my account, using Control D on desktop browser which worked fine. Then went to buy the first year of Deluxe which went through without any issues. However was met with the "something went wrong" message when trying to buy again.

          Yeah I'm wondering if they are putting a freeze or something on adding more years as they might be increasing the price in the next few days.

          Just hope they don't ban accounts but I'm not sure what grounds they have to ban accounts. Is there something explicit that says you can't use a VPN to access other regions accounts??

          I think I encountered similar error which says "An unidentified error occurred. Please try later". I stacked two years before the news of increasing price. In the beginning I thought they may have some issues so I just stop stacking and keeping adding funds to my PS account. After another try last night, it still didn't work. I just tried again but it doesn't help. I'm not sure if I can stack this on my mobile using ControlD. Will try again in 24 hours when I'm overseas :(

      Just saw other comments. I believe Sony is doing what they did before when the new subscription system announced. Freezing the stacking for now before the price change.

      I also got "something went wrong" and reached out to support.

      This is their response:

      After multiple attempts to complete purchases, the system perceives this as a risk and suspends it for 24 hours. This is done automatically, as a security precaution.

      Please try the following:

      • Wait 24 hours since the last payment attempt was made and then try again.

      • Make sure your card allows international and online payments.

      • Make sure you've added a street address when adding your card to your account.

      • Check that the billing adress of the card matches the billıng adress that you added to your account for PlayStation Network (PSN).

      • Check that you have not used turkish characters and punctuations when adding the payment information. Please note this should be done after waitıng 24 hours.

      • If the problem still persists, please try with another card.

      I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions, please contact PlayStation Support, and one of our team will be happy to help.

      Crypto.com virtual cards still work. I used mine to top up credit on my account and also used it a day ago on a different Turkish account for a friend.

      I used ControlD to change the DNS on the PS5. I only setup 1 year of subs on my mates account - not sure if they have frozen adding multiple years.

            @huason29: I had a sub expiring early 2024, I was able to add 1 more year on top - Turkey VPN.
            2nd one kept failing, but was still able to top up funds in account, even with 460TR in account, still can't add 2nd year (still via vpn).
            I didn't try again after a few failed attempts and asked question here

      I got an email stating that the new price will reflect in Nov 2023 but I've stacked until Jan 2028. Does anyone know if Sony will honour until Jan 2028?

        If you have already stacked until 2028, your sub is going to be valid until then (unless they ban your account), they are not going to make you pay more.

        Your next renewal AFTER Jan 2028 will be at the new price (or however much it is at that time).

    Looks like they now charge yearly fee to upgrade, not once off RIP, should have converted to extra when I had chance.
