Hey all, we've got a Bonus on Amazon and eBay Gift Cards for our Westpac users that I wanted to shout out, a good chance to prep for next week's Afterpay Day long weekend if you're hoping to nab a deal then.

Challenge Details:

Offer: $5 Bonus Cashback
Min Spend: $75 Spend on eBay and Amazon Gift Cards via the ShopBack app
Dates: 9th of August 12:00am to the 15th of August 11:59pm or until fully redeemed.

  • Eligible Westpac cards can be found here.
  • Gift card purchases made using Apple Pay may take up to 14 days to be tracked. For best experience, pay using a card that is linked directly to your ShopBack account instead.
  • You will need to ensure you opt-in to the challenge and only purchases made after you ‘Start’ this challenge will qualify for the $5 bonus Cashback.
  • Limited redemptions are available for the offer.
  • Bonus is limited to one per ShopBack account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  • The $5 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you’ll receive for buying an eligible Gift Card via the ShopBack app.
  • This bonus will be added to your ShopBack account within 48 hours of making an eligible transaction.
  • Cashback will be forfeited if any fraudulent activity is detected (or there is reasonable suspicion of such activity) on, or arising out of, your ShopBack account, or if your order is cancelled.

      You will get support when you contact the rep here. However I found responses and fixes are slow. Not as quick as the rep from Cashrewards though

        I done an energy swap and didn't track. Got added manually but i feel like after 90 days is going to be denied 🤷‍♂️.
        This is why i hate cashback and prefer instant $off

    Amazon gc are hard to find (had to explicitly search, did not appear in Promos or A-M
    Then when I get it open, it's only 2%, and no $75 card available - it would have to be 1x$100, or 3x$30 to do in one transaction (I know it says across multiple, but sometimes easier to just get it done in one go).
    I also thought there is a limit to the number of Amazon gc you can buy in one month?
    Was easier to get a sinlge $75 ebay gc at 2.5% base cb with $5 bonus.

        Just did that, thanks.

        Wasn't too much more effort, only 1 more purchase (since you can buy 2 x $10 at once) and 2 more gift cards to redeem in the Amazon account.

        For others, note that there are 2 listings for Amazon.com.au gift cards, you need to search and go to the other one to see the smaller/other denominations (including the $5 ones).

        I'm only seeing $10, $30, 50, $100 Amazon gift cards available to purchase, so I can't make up $75.
