  You can find these kind of scissors in any Asian hardware store and sometime Aldi and they often came in a package of 2-3 pieces.
  Don't listen to these titanium marketing BS statements, all this rebadged stuff come from China and if you're lucky, it's sanitary grade (check with a magnet) stainless steel otherwise it's low end metal with some degrees of stainless steel that is more suitable for the industry and the manufacturing sectors.
