Bought an Apple Gift Card for this deal from Coles, redeemed via App Store, A window popped up saying I am eligible for 2 months of free Apple TV+. I was trying to search but can't find any related pages displaying the expiry date of redemption or the expiry date of the promotion. No idea if this is targeted or for everyone.

You can cancel it just after you redeemed the offer.
I got a pop up saying, "You're already a subscriber. Nothing to see here. Keep moving buddy. BTW, let me hold a dollar."
I got this a couple of weeks back. I've been a previous subscriber (several times) but never paid for Apple TV+ ever.
Is it when you first time add a gift card to the account? I had the same two months back when I first time added a gift card.

No.
So maybe it comes down to not having an active subscription when adding the gift card.

Interesting. I did not get this offer for consecutive redemptions but I had the active 2 months.
same. I got it on the first (activaed offer/subscribed then unsubbed so it won't renew) and a subsequent card redemption is while the AppleTV sub is still active and didn't have it come up. Makes sense
So basically if you currently have an active Apple TV+ subscription (Trial or Paid) this is unlikely to work.
I’ll have to see if it works after my 3 month trial I got with purchase of new iPhone has finished, would’ve been great if you could use this offer to extend a current trial by 2 months but this is Apple we are talking about after all they aren’t giving away anything unless the research shows they are going to at least quadruple any investment within 6 months lol

This worked for myself & a family member also. We both loaded $100 Apple Gift Cards (purchased from Coles) after redemption pop up for 2 months free Apple TV Plus, followed the on screen prompts and 2 months is applied. We had both had Apple TV+ in the past but no current subscription at the time.
If any one is interested, this worked for me today loading a $20 Apple Gift Card purchased from JB Hifi.
I'd had Apple TV + in the past, but was currently expired.
