Looks like this is the non extreme version probably better getting the ROG Ally from JB.

It is. OP need to put it in description to notify, less techy people. IMO Non extreme version is waste of time/money unless, u only need it for emulation and 2d or old games.

      • At this price a Steam Deck would be a more sensible choice tbh.

  • Do these still suffer with the dead zone issue?

I was interested in the extreme but this issue is a bit of a bummer

    • Dead zone adjustment has been added in a software update recently

      • Ahhh that’s good to hear they fixed it

Might be keen to get one when a decent deal comes up

Was very keen on the OLED SD but seeing the price for it hear is $12-1300 I think the GO might be the way to “GO”

FYI: Performance loss is around 30% to 37% depending on modes based on the ROG Ally model (don't think the Legion Go would be significantly different). For a 13.4% off the cheapest available price for the Z1 Extreme version, even bundle with the 10% Zip stacking bonus and 3.3% cashback which 26.7% reduction in price, this is still borderline not a deal at all.

Steam Deck Oled has really turned me off these other consoles.

Only problem is they are hard to get at their RRP.

    • Yes me too but if you can get a GO extreme cheaper then the SDOLED it’s a hard pass

If you don't want to use ZIP for an extra 10%, you can ask the rep for $10% off if you pay by card.

I nearly bought this but at the last moment, I realised it was the non extreme model.
