Note: If you don't want to bother with the app, just order using your PC. You'll lose out on the 5% off extra which isn't too bad.

Alrighty.

Part 1:
1) Download the Samsung Shop App
2) In settings switch to the EDU account
If you've already used the first mobile order discount, you can create a new EDU account. For example if you signed up with Samsung EDU directly then use UniDays to make a new account or vice versa.

Part 2:
1) On the mobile app add an S24 256GB to cart
2) Select the free 1 year Samsung Care
3) Select nothing to trade in (we'll do this later)
4) In the next page it'll ask you to add extra stuff. Add your addons as desired as per the deal combination section after these instructions.
5) On the checkout page input the GALAXYAI voucher.

Part 3)
1) Download the Samsung Trade In app on your phone. Edit: You can also do this directly during check out. Select "I am new to trade in" on check out.
2) Go through the promts, and make sure to select SCREEN CRACKED. This ensures your device value is $1 so you pay $30 non-return fee; if your device tradein value is more than $30 then you pay $60. This is because you are NOT sending in your device to Samsung.
3) Obtain trade-in code

Part 4) Redeem bonus trade-in code
1) Check out and pay the amount with the 5% off mobile.

Deal #1: Galaxy S24 + Galaxy Tab S9 for $1558.03 OOS

The maths:

(S24 $1119.20 + Tab S9 $1039.20 - $100 eVoucher - $200 GALAXYAI code - $250 trade in bonus - $1 device value) * 0.95 mobile app 5% off = $1527.03

Now you'll be charged a non-return fee after I think 2 weeks after your stuff is delivered = $30 non-return fee + $1 device value = $31

Cost works out to be:

    When i login to the Samsung Shop APP, i dont see any Mobile Devices, i can see TV/AV, Home Appliances, Monitors etc but no Mobile Phones. I tried searching and it comes out blank.

    I logged into Samsung online, i can see the Phone (pre-order) but the prices are very diff (phone is $1399, Buds are $199 etc)

    Tried asking Samsung Chat support but they were of no help… What am i doing wrong

      It should show up in cart before you check out. The 5% is only for first purchase from app, have you used the account to purchase something on the app before?

            @CodeXD: I have the EDU pricing thankfully. It's just the 5% didn't apply.

            I went into online chat in the app and I was told it should just apply automatically. When I said "Yeah, I understand but it isn't auto applying" they said it "Should".

            I checked out anyway and have probably missed out on the 5% but with all the other discounts I'm still ahead of the game (If I sell three sets of the Galaxy buds).

            I still have the Freebuds from the Huawei Mate 20 Pro deal in a box that I intended to sell but never did. 😄

      Its only for Ultra. No need to chat. If you have previous galaxy flagships- just go to members app and you will see a banner then redeem and you will see a code starting with CME.

    Finally pulled the trigger on Ultra $1212 (ultra+$265 Accessories)! So, S24Ultra is effectively $947 -Insane!
    Probably have to spend extra $30 on nonreturn fee.

    I added Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G ($331), not sure if I need it, (definitely don't like buds of their watches). That brought s24 Ultra (512) to $1,297. Which I think not bad.

      If you're buying S24 Ultra add $350 worth of accessories, otherwise $300 for S24/S24+.

      You get a bonus $150/$100 that is auto added to your order.

      Basically $300 worth of "free" stuff.

      You need to add $300 worth add-ons.

    Their trade in system has a bit of system issue and I have to enter my imei and payment details for the trade in company 3 times to finally go through, now I can see my bank account has been charge 3 times $1, will they charge me 3 times non return fee of $30 as well?

        Total savings is $1600. I bought Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB + 3 x Galaxy Buds FE + Case about $1500 and my S21 trade in value is $5, I didn't use the Samsung Shop app otherwise there would have been more 5% off. You can find one in your Samsung Member app.

          I finally order the 24 ultra 512 gb for $1085. I did add $350 unwanted accessories and then cancelled them after I placed the order so get $286 back. End up only paying for the phone. But they did charge me multiple times trade in money of $1 so hopefully they won’t charge me multiple time non return fee!

I found that different accessories will give the phone different price so I added 6 phone cases (just the first one on the accessories list) which bring the phone price down to $1098 before redeeming my rewards points. When I tried to add a tablet or watch the phone price becomes $11xx.

      yeah.. ive been monitoring this post and other s24 posts and was gonna pull the trigger but couldnt find any accessories that are still in stock to take advantage of that code. maybe left it too late, maybe theyll add more stock, maybe a better deal will come out in the coming week, maybe its maybelline

      That's not too bad, done better than me. My total was $1,318 because I couldn't figure out how to get the 5% discount on the Shop App purchase with the Education store. This is what was included in mine:

      3x Buds FE

      I'm not too fussed because once selling the 3x Buds and my Pixel 8 Pro, I'll pretty much break even.

    If they come up with a similar deal for the Ultra I might be tempted… I hardly ever change phones so I'd rather fork out a bit more to get Snapdragon and etc for some future proofing if that's even a thing on phones!

          That happened to me last year with the S23+.

          I ended up contacting support, they released the trade up ID and cancelled the initial order, however it still ended up being shipped out but without a trade up ID attached to it, so I got the phone with all the discounts. Before it was shipped out I ordered a second phone with the released trade up ID, and both ended up being shipped out, so I market placed the first order without the Care+. ;D Asurion never came after me.. my second S23+ ended up costing peanuts, as I double dipped so to say.

      I called to get the CME code and the Samsung Sales Rep emailed it to me and within the email, included the link to the Jotform that has been posted. She knew I was ordering from the EDU store but said I could still claim the free watch. Not holding my breath as it's excluded in the terms. Hats off to the Samsung Rep though - it took me 1.5 hours deciding what I wanted and then trying to get the EDU App store to work properly (sometimes it kept excluding the discount codes).

        I just find out the s24 ultra 512 in the normal store is already 20% off, should have ordered from there then I can definitely get the free watch.. but now the page is gone and not sure if they will honor, the chat also told me it’s eligible from edu store and I have taken screenshot. But there is no confirmation after submitting the form so who knows

          I was looking at the 512gb too. Isn't the regular store $2199 while the edu store is $1919? You'd still be better off with edu store even though there's the extra $100 trade in on regular store? Or are you talking about after the watch6?

          I feel like the watch6 is a gamble tbh!

    It seems strange everyone seems to be getting different prices on their receipt.

    My s24 ultra came up as $1184.97

    With loyalty discounts and any othwr i could find inc spending 350 plus on an S9 tablet

      This is because the vouchers get proportionally stacked. So if you buy an $1190.20 S24 base model + $450 worth of extras, your $350 will be proportionally used to discount the phone and the add-ons.

      Because everyone is buying slightly different add-ons, everyone is getting a different price.

              I ask for a loyalty code from chat to buy the ultra etc and the code also starts with CME
              the rep also put this in the message
              "As our valued and loyal Samsung customer, here's your exclusive additional bonus $200 trade in code"

              so are they both stackable or not stackable?
