I was looking around on JB online this afternoon and noticed that the blu rays & dvds are showing 20% off even though there has been no official announcement of this discount today. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with their online ordering but im sure the stores will price match their own website if the stores have it marked at full price. By the rate they are going JB should have a permenant 20% off DVDs/Blu for the rest of December.
All prices are normal JB price, you might want to clear your cache
Why can't JB use an is/was system for their sale prices like most other sites, would save a lot of confusion re whether sales have started or not..

Just the Sherlock Seasons 1 & 2 blu-ray from JB Hi-Fi is $57.99 but Amazon UK has it currently for the equivalent of $22.60 AUD so you can see buying from overseas is much cheaper even when the JB Hi-Fi 20% off is on.

I buy from amazon as well but it's not always the case of them being cheaper. The two for $20 is an example where you could get them for $8 each with the 20% off. Most of those titles work out cheaper at JB.
Yeah I've just grabbed supernatural seasons 1-7 from amazon.co.uk for less than $120 while seasons 1-6 (the nearest comparison) from jb is $220 + $58 for season 7.
That being said they do have some great deals like the recent game of thrones collectors edition.
I grabbed Supernatural Season 7 blu-ray from the Amazon US black friday sale for $17. And Supernatural Season 7 blu-ray is $66.99 at JB Hi-Fi and no 20% off will make it that much of a bargain.

I got Band of Brothers blu-ray for $35.98 on the last 20% off sale the other day as well as Game of Thrones Collectors Season 1 blu-ray for $31.98. Still waiting on either to arrive through the post. People would have been mad not to have taken up the Game of Thrones Collectors deal.
Heck i bought Star Wars Complete Saga blu-ray from JB Hi-Fi last weekend for $71.20 and still haven't got to watch it yet. Huge backlog of movies to watch from all these sales.
When they had the promo I got the Batman trilogy bluray collection for $37 with a bit of a haggle I know I could got it cheaper but I was sick and 3 blu-rays for 40 seemed to keep me entertained
