Just picked up a Canon 35mm F/1.4L for $341.95!!! The lens is normally $1341.95.
They also have a 50mm F/1.2 for $369.95. Very cheap! Crazy Cheap!

In the refund/voucher email I got, they stated the invoiced amount wrong (actual invoiced amount was $8xx, but in the email they say they would refund $7xx). These guys just can't get their numbers right!
The good news is that they've refunded the correct amount to my card.

Yeah, I've received a credit advice email stating the refund amount but no information about my voucher. I'll give them a bit more time to sort it all out then will chase it up.

Just received the refund and it looks like everything's fine. The money just went back to paypal and the pay after delivery was cancelled (marked as refund)

I just realized the price seems raised from yesterday or day before. Looks like Gray lost a sense of retail price while they are increasing the price. such as Ipad mini which I bought $359 from Target and even in Apple store selling much cheaper than what Gray offers.

A question for those that have received refund notifications. Did you happen to pay by methods that were not PayPal? I and others have received no notifications and I am wondering whether it is due to when I ordered (Friday), whether it is related to PayPal somehow, or is just luck of the draw.

I was about to do the same thing. But then read a comparison site saying that the pro915 was better for photos but slower than the pro4000. In the end i went the pro915 as i probably will be using it for photos. But now im thinking that site was probably incorrect and i should have read some reviews before buying. Too late now though :P

I got the refund email, went back to look at the item again (memory card) - the feeling I got is that they change back to the usual market price with $50 extra on top of it. The discount code will cancel the overpriced item back to the normal market price. Déjà vu from boxing day sales…

Spent half an hour trying to buy something for about $50. Prices for buy-it-now items are very, very high and still can't find anything. And a lot of electronics stuff are refurbished.

I originally ordered a Tokina lens for $391. Grays cancelled the order and sent me the $50 voucher. I just re-ordered the same lens which is now $438. In effect, I have just bought it for $10 cheaper than the cancelled order. Thanks Grays ;)

Should have been clearer the bottles themselves appear to be intact the box itself was just pretty roughed up and had sticky tape holding it all together.

Because too many people only think of themselves. They expect businesses to be 100% perfect and not make any mistakes ever. Meanwhile if they themselves were running the business, there's no way they would honor such large pricing mistakes.
Even when the store makes up for it with a substantial coupon, people still complain. They think they're entitled to the items they ordered even though they agreed to the site's terms and conditions that clearly states pricing errors are excepted.
And on top of that, everyone here KNOWS it was a pricing error. Yet they complain that Grays wasted their time.
People need to take some responsibility over their own actions!
