      It's saying in the cash back terms and conditions that the purchase must be made at an authorised Trend Micro reseller. Is Shoppingexpress an authorised reseller i wonder?.

      It's saying in the terms and conditions that you have to first install and then register the product. And then you can complete a cash back claim.

      People read the terms and conditions it may help. It's in that box at the bottom of the cash back claim form. It says it's for the Trend Micro Q2 Cash Back promotion.

    Bought, time will tell if I get the cashback. BTW ShoppingExpress made a claim and as per Australian consumer law it's a claim by a REP. They legally are obliged to refund if that's a false claim. Thanks OP.

      At worst case scenario - You are always entitled to the full refund if you can't claim the cashback.
