      I'm still waiting on a response from Kogan. I ordered an iPad Mini at 11:45am on the 29th, and haven't received a tracking number yet. It would be very nice if the Mini's were all Retina. I also bought an 11" MacBook Air, which turned out to be the 2014 rather than 2013 model, and it turned up three weeks before expected.

    Hi guys, I have received the iphone 5s from kogan a few days ago. Today i realise that i think there is a scrolling issue. if you rapidly scroll up and down without releasing your finger in safari or any apps such as facebook it will stop and never make that motion when charging the iphone. Anybody has similar issues or is it just mine. The iphone is currently running the latest ios 7.1.2

      I returned mine. The process was quick to receive the paperwork from KOGAN once I got approved for a return, but they've had the returned (new) iPhone for over a week and I'm still waiting for the refund.

        Thanks, they contacted my be email on Friday saying they were happy to go ahead with the refund. They then said I would receive another email where I would have to complete a return forms. I am still waiting for the returns form.

          Looks like white/silver got the upgrade as most have said it's the colour they ordered, must have been low on stock. I've ordered the grey:black so will most likely get the 1st gen but that's what I ordered so it's all good.

      I haven't had any problems so far except once the track pad scrolling stopped working. I restarted the Mac and it got fixed, never faced that problem again.

      One more thing I noticed is Firefox browser is draining my battery quickly. So I am sticking to the native Safari browser.

    I checked my iPhone 5S serial number on Apple's support page (https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do), It says that my Apple warranty expires on 5th March 2015. But I bought the phone on 30th June 2014!

    When I asked Apple about this, they replied back saying the phone was activated on 5th March 2014, and that they regard "ebay" as a known invalid re-seller so the purchase date can't be updated.

    Not sure if Kogan sold refurb items perhaps, but packaging seemed original enough when I got the phone.

      Some received the iphone 5S already activated, I guess to make sure it's unlocked. Majority have theirs expires around early June. Hopefully yours is not a phone that have been returned to them. Anyway Australia Apple will not cover the iphone for warranty as its from overseas. The warranty is through Kogan, unless you are in the country that the phone was supplied to then Apple will cover it.

    Still waiting on delivery.. the iPad was shipped on saturday and has been sitting with toll in Melbourne since Tuesday.. but yet they can't deliver it.. It doesn't even look like its going to come today either.

    I just don't understand how a company as large as Kogan take a month to even send the item.. I thought maybe they sent it via the cheapest way possible to Australia before re-shipping it within Australia.. but no they ship it direct from hong kong.

    Im contemplating telling them how shit their company is and then leaving neutral feedback or something.. 1 month is just insane to even send it.

    Check with Toll. They were holding mine with the message "invalid address" for 2 weeks. Seems that they don't deliver to Australia Parcel Lockers.

      Only star track courier is part of aust post network for parcel locker. You will need to call Toll to redirect your parcel. I know this because DSE is using star track so I have done a bit research.

    I was on holidays in the US, couldn't resist and ordered the Macbook Air 11. Got home yesterday and opened the box to notice that I ended up receiving the md711zp/b model which is the 2014 version.
    Did anyone else end up with the same newer one? As opposed to the older model?
    Cursing I didn't order the ipad mini aswell

      There are many seller on ebay sell macbook which are bought from kogan. But the price will be very different, I think you must wait if you want to get Macbook Air with decent price.

    After 3 weeks of trying to get it delivered, Toll has admitted to losing my iPhone 5C. :(

    They say they are going to organise a replacement with the supplier ASAP (I assume at their cost!).

    I have a bad feeling about this… Has this happened to anyone else?

      I've had Toll lose an iPad Mini.. Ive contacted them and theres been an investigation into it but still no reply as of yet…

      I had the same issue with my iPad Air. Finally got it after three weeks from the date it arrived in Perth.

      It had been 'lost' on Toll's end, and it was only after I advised Kogan that I would be contacting PayPal that they got in contact with Toll (which I had done many times trying to find my package which as confirmed as arriving in Perth at some stage) and the package was 'located' and delivered a few days later.

    Update on the iPad that Toll lost;

    they did lose it, it took them about 20 working days to admit to it.. still have yet to receive anything.. they're sending out another iPad sometime in the next few days.

    god i hate kogan..

    not because toll lost my product, because it took kogan like 20 working days to even post my package…. the iPad would have arrived a month ago even if it was lost straight away if they had of sent the package within 2 working days (even 2 working days in my opinion is stupidly long in this current day and age.. I had a package from the iconic that was packed and sent off from their warehouse at 9:27am this morning after I had ordered it during the night.. so 27 minutes to pack it..)
