Ordered a MBA 13" on 30/06/14

Have not heard a word from them.

Yesterday I jumped on chat, gave them my ebay order ID and they replied with an incorrect tracking ID which said my order has been delivered to a different state. After clearing up the confusion, they told me my package has not left the warehouse yet. Still waiting on some form of contact from them.

Will be very upset if they do not honour this.

    I asked Kogan's rep this morning via online chat and here is what they said:
    
    so it says "HK - Hong Kong. Undeliverable: Delayed - Linehaul Schedule" - This doesn't actually mean it is delayed or undeliverable, It is just what the tracking updates to when the unit is coming into Australia. You can expect your tracking information to update later today, but it is definitely not delayed or undeliverable.
    It's a bit confusing I know, but it's just what it is automatically updated to.
    
    Yeah I definitely understand, the same information has come up on a large amount of tracking information we have had come through before and it has rarely ever been an actual delay or undeliverable. It just means it's coming through customs. If it has not updated by latest tomorrow morning you can contact the courier, however I assure you it will update shortly.

Guys, I just wondering about the battery life in MBA is it suppose to stand 12 hours for web surfing with 50% brightness? Cause I only get about 9 hours before the battery drop to 5%. So I'm wondering if I get a defective product or not.
