        Possibly. In which case they would be in breach of Australian competition law (bait advertising).
        Given that COTD was fined $1m by the ACCC last year for breaches of Aust competition law I think they would be well aware that they are being watched for further breaches.
        As with other offers of this kind, customers who don't get their iTunes cards should lodge a complaint with the ACCC if this happens.

        Deliberately yes and you can never process the order because their servers suck and you order freezes . It's all a marketing ploy. If it's anything like the previous ones they will force you to agree to terms like you will not complain or you cant get enter the sale.
