I ordered and picked up my PS4 yesterday (though I'm still waiting on the games).

I noticed that my PS4 box was not sealed with a sticker or something similar. Is this normal?

Also, I take it all Dick Smith games are sold sealed?

    The box wasn't sealed in a way that if it was opened you could tell it had been opened - to open the box it was just a matter of sliding out a cardboard thingy that was part of the box. So I take that most PS4 boxes do indeed have some sort of seal, unlike mine?

      im pretty sure it said stores were out of stock way before it hit the 700 units sold mark (which includes delivery purchases, and that wasnt really supposed to be part of the deal) - so it doesnt really seem like the brick and mortar stores had that many in stock to begin with
      
      but either way, it's been put back up on ebay - but click and collect isnt available and postage cant be calculated as it tells you the postcode is invalid
      
      so what i want to know is, do they have more stock or not?

Bought a 39.5" Dick Smith TV. For $224 you cant lose. A step up from my CRT 80cm which switches off every couple of minutes and the sound drops in and out. A smack on the side usually fixed it.

For PS4 buyers waiting for the games check your StarTrack tracking page. Mine has been updated with a new Consignment Event and the games are onboard with the driver. Seems really unnecessary and just a waste of money to ship them separately.

Bought the DSE TV for 224.10. Same tv in store at indooropilly centro is 349. No dead pixels, no noticeable motion lag playing guardians of the galaxy at 1080p via PC HDMI out and vlc or Chromecast and popcorn time. Easy assembly. Speakers loud enough but not much bass as expected. This is the new model and the unit is easy to assemble and looks much nicer. Some backlight bleed at edges - only noticeable on still images. Haven't tried it for gaming yet. Thanks forthe great deal op.

I ordered the PS4 with the 10% discount with delivery ($409) 2 to 3 days ago, whenever it was a hot topic, and my paypal payment went through immediately.

I've not received an email from DSE yet. Should I start panicking? I don't need it for Christmas, I just don't want to be dicked around.
