If you don't put a DOB in when setting up the account you aren't able to search/order liquor. Do you have more than 1 WW account? You might find you can buy liquor with one account but not another for this reason.

Strangely selecting BWS Mulgrave made all liquor disappear from the cart, but selecting a Woolworths outlet made them available again.

So I ordered 34 items which came to $102. Which was $77 with this discount. I got an email stating that they didn't have that much stock and were going to refund me $57 for 19 they couldn't supply, they only have 15 items in stock. I worked it out and the amount they are going to refund me is based on the original price and not taking into account the $25 I received as a discount. So the 15 items I am receiving are going to be even cheaper than the advertised price :-) an error in the process by the looks of it which may work out ok for me if it goes ahead.

Chances are the refund will be the amount you paid for those items after discount. The amount listed in the email, and the amount deposited into your account won't be the same. I've had it happen before.

Even if SAVE25 is not working you will be able to get TEDS at $33. One carton of TEDS per deli/meat/fish item you add to your cart. The SAVE25 make the deal a bit sweeter if you can get it.

Not happy Jan!! - Spent an hour organizing my shopping on line + delivery for tomorrow - which is free as I stocked up on heaps to reach the free delivery level - then applied the discount code only to have the " sorry you are not eligible " statement pop up. Never one to give up I rang their H.O. ( it is a 1800 number after all, so costs us nothing ) but after 25 mins. of discussion with the very nice lady at the call centre who tried all she could to overcome the problem + spoke to her supervisor twice - the only answer provided was to send a screen shot of the original email sent to me. Not possible as only found out about it from Oz Bargain. However they did confirm that it is still active - obviously only to the chosen few.
The only one I've received from them in the past few days is " Learn to cook with Jamie Oliver "- No further comment.
On that note I give up & will taste test my wine.

I received the targeted email. I receive a lot of targeted emails from woolies after I made an online account 12 months ago and haven't done a shop with them yet. They are clearly desperate for me to try their service.

I like making use of these online accounts. I built up $70 of free credit at Coles online without ever having made a successful order prior to that. They were all grog bargains posted here which they couldn't fulfill. Used that and got a full grocery shop done with click and collect last week =p

I used this coupon it worked, then they cancelled my order claiming i didnt answer my phone for security purposes etc, then sent me an email cancelling it, saying will refund. 5 days later still no refund not impressed at all. Not first time their "offers" suck you in and then they reneg and do not deliver. Poor form.
