    • Great pic, thanks for posting it! It answers the question taht has been asked above, as to how many trollies you'd need for 36 packs. The answer is evidently one; with some cunning stacking involved ;P

It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling, knowing that some OzBers actually scored on the deal. And I hope it causes those posting the 'Woolies hate' to rethink their stance. At least they've honoured some of the orders!

I got mine as well heres my catch! http://i.imgur.com/MuuEjfE.jpg my other order did get cancelled but these are the 24cents per roll order i first made.

i guess i double scored with the frozen fish i didnt think i would get that.

    6x Sealord Battered Fish Dory Fillets 450g $0.64ea = $3.84
    6x Sealord Simply Coated Crumbed Hoki In Wholemeal 480g $0.16ea = $0.96

    Mine was delivered.

    • +1

I got those fish fillets too!

    • Awesome score hombre and thanks for posting the pic, I get a real laugh out of these sorts of pics! :)

Tried to buy 20x8 packs + a case of cider C&C
Got this email an hour ago.

Your Woolworths Order Number is xxxxxxxx. The details of your order are as follows:

    BALLAJURA CENTRAL 6066

    Delivery date/time:
    From 30/04/2015 6:00:00 PM to 30/04/2015 8:00:00 PM

    Woolworths Out-Of-Stock Notification
We are temporarily out of stock of the following items from your order.

    Item Description: Quantity:
    herrljunga pear +46 1.00
Your credit/debit card used for payment will be refunded with the amount of $50.00. Your refund will take 3 to 5 business days to show back into your account, dependant on your financial institution's processing times.

Looks like i even got a better deal, the cider I wanted($50) was to activate the extra $5 off. They are refunding $50, so I am paying $11.2 for 20x8 rolls.
Saying that, I'll wait til I actually pick the order up.

NOTE: Woolworths staff NOT permitted to read this!

Anyone verify this from this mornings 'Out of stock' email -
quilton classic toilet tissue 3ply floral 190sheets 20.00
A store credit of $38.60 has been added to your account.

So I was charged 8c per roll (approx)
    And refunded 24.125c per roll.

    Maybe wrong? Like it though.

In other words, I can now pay 24c per roll, and use the refund (by code) just received, to bring price back to 8c per roll. C'est La Vie.

  • Whats going on, I only receive SMS cancellation, and when i call online right now, they said my order is still active, and she ask me still go and pickup, what should i do?

    • +1

drop everything (unless you're already sitting on a toilet), and go…
take a picture and share to show there is still hope for those who still haven't received any cancellation email (like me)…

    • +1

do as they instruct you… go pick it up :)

  • Is there a higher chance of getting your order if you pick up yourself rather than delivery?

  • If you choose delivery, can you change it and go to store for pick up even tho it's canceled?

    • You're going to need the bog roll if you snort down that raw mince!
My order still hasn't been cancelled (no email or contact anyway), and I'm inside my pickup window right now (2-4pm AWST). I'm planning to pick it up at about 4pm. Will post a pic if I get it.

    • Picked up 4pm. 9 white 9 printed 3 gold and one triple length (and some mince for the pig)

    • Love your interior decoration style.

    • love the little piggy hehe

    • EXCELLENT pic, thanks for posting! Makes me want to take a crap right now :)

Picked up my 1am order in Brisbane at 4pm ;-)

So many other Quilton waiting for pickup.

Many stores don't like orders of more than 6 of an item, so split 11 packs of TP into 5 & 6 of 2 varieties, plus a $9 Velida mop ($10 off) for total of $25.

Placed a second order of $50 (less $10 code) of mainly 1/2 price items, just in case first order was cancelled.

Now at Coles to take advantage of their $50 credit deal ($60 spend per week over 4 weeks).

    Good luck to other OzBargainers!

    • +1

Arghhhhhhhhh mines 110 spend for 4 weeks to get 50 off :(

  • Just picked up mine too at 4pm in Nsw. Order placed 8:20 this morning. No dramas or anything but I ordered a few other items as well. Thanks op.

  • I haven't had a cancellation (yet?) But I only did the 16 packs for around $25, plus I got a whole load of groceries (up to $120 to take advantage of the pricepal new customer cashback). Will double check tonight that the coupons worked because I was in a bit of a rush with my order. For delivery tomorrow.

  • +1

Just received SMS saying cancelled for non-availability. Bleep you Woolworths.

  • does anyone know how long the refund takes?

ive got a pending transaction now sitting on my credit card..

    • +1

About 2 days. Your card is never actually charged. Dont worry this is a no risk situation.

      • thank noyanono :)

  • looks liek they only cancel if it look bleeding obvious you are from ozbaragin? eg you ordered nothing else.

I reckon i should lumped it in my ice cream or something else may have worked

  • +1

I reckon this spells the end of super dooper woolies deals :/
Sitting here drinking my cheap coke cans…

  • How do they refund payment with e-gift card?

    • The email notifying you of cancel/out of stock should have a store credit Code. Mentioned on here pages go, dont know which page.

  • +1

Right, I'm going into the store at my appointed time and I'm going to have an argument :-)

    • according to some people above you may not have to

      • Also got email too. Called to complain and they confirmed my order was cancelled by the store… some bullshit about there being a fair chance for all customers to buy some.

    • "I'm going into the store at my appointed time and I'm going to have an argument :-)"

Of course you are entitled to do that, but just realise that in doing so, you will be reducing the chances that others will get to benefit from these 'pricing anomalies' in the future; in other words, you will be encouraging Woolies to ensure that no codes can ever be stacked in the future. Also ask yourself if you're really going to achieve anything for anybody (yourself included) by going in there and fighting with some poor Woolies dude.

Lastly, if you do decide to go in there specifically to have a fight, at least please have the sense not to specifically mention OzBargain.

      • +1

Lastly, if you do decide to go in there specifically to have a fight, at least please have the sense not to specifically mention OzBargain.

Oh perish the thought, I would not mention OzBargain, I expect that would significantly weaken my argument.

They cancelled my order on the basis of "availability of stock" citing clause 14.1 of their Terms and Conditions. If it turns out there is ample stock, I will argue that the cancellation was contrary to their Terms and Conditions and is therefore of no effect such that I'm entitled to have the order reinstated and take the stock home with me. If there is some stock, but not enough for the whole amount I ordered, I will argue that the terms only entitle them to cancel part of my order only to the extent that stock is not available and I am entitled to whatever stock is available.

I will naturally keep calm when I do this, you never get anywhere if you let things getting heated, I will be polite, but firm and above all reasonable.

        • +1

Ah okay, best of luck then :)

  • Wheres the dislike button on facebook, will be looking to go to Coles.

  • I have just come back from getting my order, they supplied six @ $1.93 each and have refunded the rest. That is actually enough for a single person so I am actually happy with the outcome. Though not so happy at not getting a bottle of Tresemme for $4.19 as out of stock.

  • Still no email for me…
    Hope that's good news!

  • No email for me either. Placed my order for delivery on Wednesday 38 packs along with meat and seafoods using the 15% off coupon for those.

  • just talked to Woolworths online and they confirmed that my order is ready to pick up. I'm going to the store, fingers cross

    • Let us know how you go!!!

Just picked up my order from Woolies - Dog Swamp WA

Ordered last night at 9:35 AWST, no questions asked, order was ready to go when I arrived. The lady at the customer service counter went out the back and got it, trolley felt like it had been sitting in a cool room for a few hours.

      • wow must be a real shortage - of stock if not funds :)

I see you have a towbar on your car…

      Could've bought a trailer full mate!! =p

    • "Just picked up my order from Woolies - Dog Swamp WA"

Thanks for posting the pics :)

I refuse to believe there is a suburb officially named "Dog Swamp"?!? Surely you jest…?

      • I used to live in Perth in a suburb called Innaloo. It was a few km south of Dog Swamp.

      • The suburb is officially called Yokine, which is named after the aboriginal word for Dog. There's a swamp behind the shopping centre, which itself is named Dog Swamp Shopping Centre.

And yes, it's only a 10-15 minute drive from Innaloo ;)

  • Picked up my 16 x 8 quilton gold from woolies town hall, no prob. Thanks op

    • +1

lol how the hell did you get it home from the densest area of the country with bugger all parking nearby :P

      • yea its horrible mate, needed to be accompanied by 2 of my friends :)

  • Just picked up my order 20 minutes ago. The lady at customer service asked me to wait 5-10 minutes and come back with my order. Thanks tonester and other who share the code.

  • Limit changed to 3 for the 8 packs.

But when you think about it..? Why did we all go for the 8 pack instead of the 24 pack?

MA9T9T5F, 4SUA2KBK are prematurely expired. All over.

  • Just collected my order. I ordered it last night at $1.93 per pack. There's still hope!
My order wasnt purely TP tho.

  • +2

Picked up 36 x 8pk this afternoon plus 6 kids yoghurt, total was $34.36. My only issue was explaining to my wife why we had close to 300 rolls of toilet paper!

    • How did you manage 36x8 plus yoghurt and still keep it just over $30? Did you have another voucher or store credit?

      • +1

it was 4 codes stacking up

      • +2

The initial post was 16 packs for $25ish using two codes MA9T9T5F and TVMBNKWS. Stingostingo and Smog posted the code 4SUA2KBK on page 4/5 which enables an even bigger discount!

        • +1

damn, now I feel like I got totally ripped off ;)

Nah, I'm happy with what I got for $25 - I'm sure it will last my wife and I for a while, even if we have the odd shitty argument from time to time.

        • +1

@bonezAU: it's better than ordered it cheaper and got cancel

LATEST UPDATE: DO NOT trust their SMS !!! I received 2 SMS and no email cancellation, but still try to call customer service to confirm my order still active, drove all the way there, and no drama, picked up my order already with my name and order# stickers on them, the girl even said thats a lot of toilet rolls and cheap price !!! I ordered them last nite at 10:08 from Sydney, just don't give up !!!

  • They even cancelled my subsequent order of ?15 packs at about 24 cents/roll (as opposed to 8 cents/roll) after the coupon codes stopped stacking.

    • Yeah same, got my 2 initial orders canceled, with code stacking etc. Ok no problem. Made another order for 16 packs ($30.88) tonight, with only 1 code (% off toiletries) and they canceled it straight away…

Made another account to make another order with the code, now they have a limit of 3 packs (how convenient) and all coupons are expired: "Sorry, your Coupon: "4SUA2KBK" has expired. Please call our Customer Service Team on 1800 000 610 for assistance."

  • Called the store where I was due to collect from (Wollongong), the girl who answered said that my name wasn't on the list for click and collect orders. My online order is still present, but only shows 1 8 pack of toilet rolls, not the amount I ordered. I did receive a cancellation SMS and email, but was worth checking just in case. Congrats to those who managed to get their orders fulfilled.

    • How are you checking your order online. I couldn't see how to do it.

      • I'm doing it via mobile as no computer atm. Go to the Woolies online shopping site, log in and on the left there should be a menu/list. Click on "past orders" and your previous orders should be listed there by date/time. Click on the one which coincides with your tp order and it should show the order as it currently stands. Hope that helps mate.

Just picked up my order - 20 packs and 6 bottles of wine. I think they may be canceling those orders for only the quilton. I added the wine firstly because I wanted some, secondly it was nearly 50% off with the coupons and thirdly so I went over $70 and got another $5 off. The final price of the paper was $16.20 for 20 packs. After the $10 discount, that worked out at $6.20 or 3c per roll. No need to use both sides of the page now :)

    • +1

You played 'em like a fiddle Jez, great work.

  • I ordered 18 pack and plus buying other stuff, not getting any email cancellation, it seems if you just bought single item with large quantity, it seems being under their radar :)

try mixed purchase as well next time.

    • +1

Yes me too. I mean I bought a mixed order with other stuff and no cancellation email yet.
Hmmm pick up is tomorrow morning. Think I will call ahead first. We will see.

    • I did buy something else with it but got the dreaded cancellation email at 6pm for tomorrow morning delivery. I guess the best option was to click & collect at the earliest time instead of waiting around for your delivery.

      • i think delivery was centralized at their warehouse, but the click and collect seems they just submit to the store and up the store i guess. i was order the click and collect 3 am this morning and pick up 3 pm :)

        • +1

Ordering so late at night, you can't really think about the consequence of leaving the delivery too far away. Should have looked at the Click & Collect option and get it over and done with instead of waiting around for that cancellation email.

  • Should I wait until my pick up time on Sunday or prepone pick up? I haven't received any cancellation. But I ordered within minutes after tonester posted deal.

    • +1

Personally, I would like to collect asap before they get a chance to cancel.

      • How do I change pick up time? Will it trigger attention of WW staff?

        • Best would be call store n tell u want pick up asap.

        • @cniminc:

Best would be call store n tell u want pick up asap.

Yeah, tell them you need it really really quick, like ultra urgent. They will wonder why you need such a big load of toilet paper in a hurry for :)

        • @cniminc:
Called them - said can't move it without calling to online contact center. Not risking it.

        • How do I change pick up time?

login > my lists > my past orders > select order > change delivery time

Will it trigger attention of WW staff?

probably not just by changing time

          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/192255?page=10#comment-272…

possibly as likely to be out of stock than cancelled at this stage

you could always change collection time to late next week when special is over and more stock available

        • @ggmm2013123:
My cancellation email came closer to delivery time. (I got it about half an hour ago, delivery is due in a few hours). Hopefully you won't receive one.

        • @tonester:
Thanks. Just changed time for tomorrow 9 am - pickup.
I called store today and guy told me he can stack everything today for tomorrow pickup and I have to call them to change time. So looks like they have stock.
Didn't know I can change time without calling them. Thanks.
Let's see what happen tomorrow am.

        • @rmk:
Picked up 16*8 pack and some long life milk that was ordered.

I paid $25.33 or something for 16*8 pack.

        • @ggmm2013123: cool, I should have done store pic up but wouldn't have been able to do it until today. My closest store had plenty of stock. At least you got some ;)

  • +1

I received an SMS, ORDER CANCELLED.
It is my second order that was cancelled by Woolies within last two months.
    That's it.
    I will shop in Coles.

  • I read someone still received their goods (coke deal) after receiving the cancellation letter. What's the likelihood that mine will turn up tomorrow morning after receiving the email at 6pm?

  • +1

My order was just delivered to my house in BNE. 30 packs + some prawns. I was actually waiting for the cancellation email. Seriously couldn't believe this.

    • You're lucky you got the prawns with it. Looks like orders that are pure tp get cancelled.

  • Yep my order for Quilton click and collect was cancelled today as well…..Ozbargained?

    • +1

how many did u order? just Quilton only?

      • Stacked the codes and ordered 38 packs per instructions supplied by OP - The system at Woolies must have gone into meltdown, lol - was worth a try just in case.

        • yeah i think that is the reason, single item order.

        • @joannatan: I agree; noticed some others mixing deli items etc into their orders which seemed to have succeeded.

        • +1

          @cim85:
Not in my case, ordered groceries and paid delivery … Still cancelled. They had lots of specials that I needed. Only reason I shopped with them as I prefer Coles :).
