    Googled it. "new hp ink cartridge says empty" and got 106,000 results. What a pain. Thanks HP.

      It may not empty, it is just a demo ink for setup won't last long.

          No, the cartridge feels full but I assume is faulty. Done the cleaning stuff.

          Won't print in black and white even though it is the colour cartridge that is the problem.

          I just had a call from HN letting me know they had new stock in. Hopefully the next one works.

          just got it for an hour now, works perfectly. had some fully colored wallpapers printed to A4 paper. i think yours might have something wrong with the cartridge itself.

    just got my HP2620 printer today, it works like charm and so much quicker and silencer than the canon PIXMA2500 i had before. this one has top feed for scanning method, which means you can leave a stack of paper that needs to be sacnned on top and a simple click you can enjoy your morning coffee without the hassou to re-feed every page! most worth 14 bucks i ever spent in a while!!

        RSMP is 89.99$ on the box. guess no one would ever buy it with that price. 40~50$ is somewhat reasonable. But definitely 14$ is ridiculous. how wrong could it be. i think it dominate any under 40$ printer. I used many printer during last 5 years as i am just a student when OCCASIONALLY need printing.

      don't wait for the pickup order email but call the store to confirm if your order is ready as the same with my case, It has been sitting there for 2 weeks and if I didn't bother to call I don't think they will send out the pickup ready email.

      I ordered my ps3 the morning before my last exam on the Saturday before Queensland birthday, was working all day Sunday, exam finished, no email. Trekked it to HN and it was there waiting for me. Glad I did, otherwise would have been rather dull long weekend.
