  • Over 3 months and nothing. Paypal dispute opened, I suggest everyone do the same.

  • Not received it yet but refund has been issued by Paypal.

Still not arrived and sadly I used my credit card directly and not payal. This was a waste of money for myself.

2 lessons learned. Always use PayPal. Never use these guys.

  • So I opened a Paypal disputed. Its nearly 3 months since I paid for this. Fingers cross!!!

  • I used credit card via Paypal, don't know how to open dispute. so stupid

    • Go to Paypal, find the transaction in your history and click Contact Seller to open a dispute.
When they reply with their usual "wait 500 more days" then escalate to a claim and give more info so Paypal can review it.

      • I don't know who neg me, but I said I paid using credit card via Paypal, means I didn't login so there is no transaction in my history, because I used public computer. Next time I won't be lazy and will use my phone instead.

        • In that case you can raise it with your credit card company as a charge back. A bit more messy process, but can still be done.

        • I'm confused. So you paid with a credit card via Paypal.. which means you had to login to your Paypal?

          @unco:
Nope. PayPal can act as a broker between sites and credit card providers without requiring a purchaser to have a PayPal account. You don't log in to PayPal, the seller's site just uses the PayPal servers to verify your credit card info and make the charges.

        • @salem: Ah thanks for that, I had no idea.

  • just had a paypal refund for the two i bought

  • Mine arrived last week.
    Not bad :)

  • anyone received these yet??

It is some 3 months later and my order still hasn't arrived?

I've contact Gearbest, hopefully will hear from them

    What a shame :(

  • Disputed mine mid last week, no response from GearBest as yet.

    Escalated to claim this morning.

Shame, as I was getting excited about the DX11 version of Vireio Perception (http://www.tomshardware.com/news/vireio-perception-dx11-supp…).

Will have to try it out on my cardboard instead.
