Grill’d will be sending vouchers by email a couple of days before the offer begins so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox.

The check box is on the 2nd page of signup, when filling out your profile details.

    If you change the bun to a super bun for example, do you pay the extra or is that not allowed?

    Dug out a box of my wife's old nail polish from the garage; quickly realised why I buried it so deep (dislike the smell).

    Tried to DIY green, then blue, but looked shocking.

    Wife re-did it with white + clear coat (LOL) - apparently the most time she's ever spent on 1 nail.

    From my store you can pretty much choose any beef, chicken, lamb burger and if you don't have the painted nail, they have a few pots of nail polish avaiable

    Anyone who didn't get the email, log in to check if your profile got reset. I am pretty sure I created a profile and checked the box for Grill'd (and got an email confirming my sign up/saying "Grill’d will be sending vouchers by email..") but when I logged on today to check, I had to fill in my profile again..

    I signed up a while ago, right when this was posted on OzB. No email for today, but hopefully I'll get one tomorrow or the day after..

        If you check your profile now (or well, before 11.59pm tonight) and update your details/make sure the checkbox is checked, you should get an email tomorrow.

      It does state in the terms and conditions that it is valid for eat in only, however I guess it depends on who you get at the register at the time.

    iPhone took about a dozen attempts to scan but worked eventually.

    Got asked to show the finger - mine was white as was the girl that served me.

    Offered take away, but chose to dine in…

      No, only once. You get a new barcode every day. I'm assuming you might have asked due to someone above you saying lunch and dinner sorted. They either have two vouchers to use, or their burger is a late lunch/dinner burger.

    Cn someone recommend me a nail polish remover, or something that looks like nail polish but can just wipe off easily?

    I'd like to put on the polish a minute before getting the burger and clean it up before I leave grilld. I know I'm dodging the system, but it just looks weird, and my support is in donations, not looking silly.

      Looking 'silly' is half the battle, raising awareness is probably more important than raising funds (especially considering how YGAP is more a social enterprise, than a charity).

        Nail art stickers should be valid:

        If you did the $50 donation prior to this week, you likely received:
        - T-shirt
        - Nail Polish (in pre-selected/signup colour?), mine was 007 Ocean Infini
        - Facewash (or other item)
        - Nail Stickers (some have burgers, some have hotdogs, etc).

        PS if you're serious about the nail polish remover thing:
        - Deodorant contains enough alcohol. (Just google for how to remove nail polish). Please don't spray anything too obnoxious inside/near a Grill'd restaurant =)

          Just to confirm what Spacebace is saying, the promotion is valid for the next week however you receive a new barcode every day, so the barcode today would only be valid for today.

    Voucher barcode is massive so you have to work out how to zoom out for it to scan..
    You also need to paint your nail.. They have nail polish there.
    Got mine and they put chips in.. Only realised 20mkns later so….

        I wondered the same thing. I couldn't see anywhere on their website or in their promotional material. After a few people I asked to donate asked me if it was tax deductible, I decided to ask the question directly. I got a response this morning:

        While YGAP is an Australian Registered Charity, donations to YGAP and the Polished Man campaign are not tax deductible at this time.

      I donated $50 with one account and have never received the voucher. The account I didn't make the donation with has received the voucher on both days.

      Yes, you can also request a tax deductible receipt after you have made your donation.

      Have you logged in and checked that your profile is all filled in/the box is checked? Mine had reset itself some time between when I had signed up and when I had checked (after the first day with no email). Re-filling the profile in fixed it.

      Voucher today (not sure about yesterday's since I didn't get that one) says only valid for dine-in. Was asked at counter that it's for dine-in and whether that's ok with me. (It was so I didn't try to ask for takeaway.) Probably depends on the Grill'd you ask at.

        None of them do as all cashiers are now told to properly enforce the checking of nail polish and prevention of take-away.

        Of course, you may get lucky with take-away, but don't count on that.

    Why do people ask silly questions. Obviously this isn't a tax audit. Just paint your nail with whatever implement you can find at your desk and the teenager behind the counter isn't going to 'care' about the chemical make-up of the paint. and yes sharpie, crayons whatever should be fine.
