This thread serves to let everyone know how much you have saved on your 7/11 fuel app.

Step 1: Subscribe to this thread to get email updates. You can change your subscription settings in your Ozbargain account to enable more/less email updates.

Step 2: Upon filling up simply fill in the details in this format:

  • NAME OF 7/11 STORE
  • PETROL TYPE
  • PETROL PRICE

Example:

  • Richlands QLD
  • ULP
  • 111.9/litre

There are two "tricks" that can be extremely beneficial as there is a common trend experienced by 7-Eleven App users: 1) If you receive an error processing your credit/debit card, you can purchase a 7-Eleven Gift Card in-store and apply the credits instantly onto the App. 2) You do not need to use the funds on your App to pay for the fuel, you can lock-in the price and pay via Cash or Card at the checkout saving the hassle of constantly topping up, gift cards, etc.

Master131 spends a lot of time creating and maintaining the script at Project Zero Three that we all know and love.

          Close 7/11 app and relaunch immediately.
          Need to repeat closing and relaunching until you get "location not found" (mock location setting is no longer detected by app, DONT RELAUNCH ANYMORE), keep pressing okay and find my best price button, your old fakegps location will appear :)
          Should take 2-3 relaunches.

      I have an OPPO as well and had mixed success (twice from about 50 attempts) I ended up downloading the android emulator on computer and using that to lock the price then using phone at store.

    Have tried to fuel lock price today. used to work with fuel lock in last month with fakegps app but doesn't work anymore today attempt. anyone can share their experiences? Is it upgrade or some sort?

        how did you get 711 app v1.3.1? it is default to v1.4.1. when a force update. not? maybe this is problem. tried andriod 5.1, 6.01, 7.01 all not working.

        usually got a mock location error message then we close off 711 app and turn off mock location it is work. but this time two phone the 711 app mention location find is not available and try again later. after awhile it reads back normal location. one phone even not go through to best local price button

      Same issue here occasionally. I have to remove the sim card then restart phone and login via wifi before inserting sim again.

    i think it may be an app issue.

    I had NOX, my andriod and 3 iphones all playing up.

    Seems to be fixed now.

    Apologies for anyone using 11-Seven, been having some intermittent issues that I've been trying to iron out. You can always fall back to 8-Twelve if the data is outdated.

    I’ve been using both scripts 8-12 and 11-7. But I found the prices are in correct as of now what I can found, cheapest in Vic is chirnside 134.7

    But in both scripts it is showing officer east $129.9 which is incorrect for u98 it’s 149.9

    Both scripts has helped me a lot in savings and max I saved in a tank is $25.

    Best lock some fuel in today as everywhere in VIC has gone up to 149.9c/L for U91. Just did another lock in at 116.9!

        Yep lock in now, its rising everywhere! Only a few servos remain at the bottom of the cycle which are most likely to rise in the next day or two.

    Is anyone else having issues with the 7-11 app at the moment? Opening the locked in barcode sends me back to the first page of the app. I cant log in, and it keeps coming up with Unknown Error messages.

    An issue on their end?

        Nah.. They'll just scan the Barcode and apply the discount.. That's pretty much it. If you happen to cross path with a nosy bastard, all they ask is where did you lock the price in and most of us would answer that "I have been interstate a few days ago" and that'll shut em up.
